“Platinum lives up to its name...”

What a refreshing, convenient and accommodating stay. All the comforts of home, a stone's throw from the Strip and a staff that were falling over each other to respond to our questions and offer suggestions - all of which turned out to be excellent guidance. Quiet, great restaurant, fitness facilities that offered a complete range of cardio and strength equipment. This is a permanent Vegas destination for us going forward.

“First Class in Vegas”

The hotel staff are amazing and make staying in the hotel a pleasure, from check-in to check-out, they were great, they even gave my mum the loan of an adaptor as hers was not working. The room sizes are the best I've seen in a Vegas hotel and best of all it's non-smoking, because it doesn't have a casino. No matter how good the air-con is, you can always smell smoke in the hotels above casinos, this way you go to the casino and return to a non-smoking environment when you get back to your room. Best of both worlds. The location of the hotel was great, only a 10 minute walk to the strip, less if you cut through "Avenue Shoppes" at Bally's and then through "Paris". The area around the hotel was well-lit and neither my mum or I felt worried about walking to and from the hotel when it was late. If you want to try gambling for the first time, then try "Ellis Island" next door to the Platinum, it's quite small and friendly. If you want to go and see a funny musical, then go to "Menopause the musical" and definitely go to one of the Cirque Du Soleil, this time we went to see "Viva Elvis"

“Recommend The Platinum 5 Stars”

My new husband and I came to Vegas for our first time to get married and honeymoon. The Platinum was a beautiful and relaxing place to be. After spending the day or night on the strip it was a nice oasis to retreat to for some relaxation. The staff was very friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this hotel for future reference to anyone. Thank you Platinum staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Great for all”

This hotel was great. They let us check in around 10 am (since our flight came in early) even though check in time wasn't until 4pm. The staff was great. Customer service was consistently awesome. The room was great. A full kitchen, completely up to date. Great view from the living room balcony. The bathroom was amazing. Two sinks, big shower, separate toilet and two person Jacuzzi tub. Multiple closets. Huge bed, which was very comfortable. Requested room cleaning one night around 9pm and they came within the hour. Room service was always quick and friendly. Poolside food and drink service was also great. The pool was a comfortable temperature and had great views. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in Vegas and I'm very picky as far as where I stay. Would recommend the hotel for couples, business travelers and singles.

“Nice Stay!”

What I enjoyed the most about this hotel was my room. It was centrally located next to pool and close to the elevator. I really loved the view of the strip and how beautiful it looked from my room. The staff appeared to be quite pleasant and I especially enjoyed the daily maid service, which you generally do not receive at timeshare resorts. And, also I enjoyed the hotel's valet parking because I did not have to worry about finding parking and having to walk in the triple digit heat to the hotel.

“A great "off the strip" option”

I have mostly positive things to say! We (3 women celebrating turning 40) shared a suite and had plenty of space. We arrived late at night and we were hungry. We were told the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes and placed an order. I was somewhat surprised by how this 10 minute window was not a problem. The customer service we experienced from that moment until check out was superb. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We visited the spa our first morning...lovely! We had breakfast at the hotel every morning - twice in the restaurant and once on our balcony. Great menu and reasonable prices. My only complaint would be the poor lighting in the bathroom...it was way too dark in there!

Fantastic hotel with very accommodating staff. Good location, breakfast in the hotel was great. The free valet parking was great and the guys were so helpful. We had 2 children with us and would definitely recommend and go back again.
