“Paris right in the heart of Las Vegas”
Paris Las Vegas really captured the feel of the France. Walking through the hotel felt like walking through a street in Paris. It felt luxurious staying here and so close to all the famous spots in Las Vegas. Great buffet breakfast. Only negative is the cigarette smoke throughout the hotel which is very asphyxiating (this is not much different in the other hotels in Las Vegas).
“Great location and hotel for visiting the Vegas strip!”
Great location for visiting the Las Vegas strip! I was there for a conference/business (unfortunately no play time). The front desk was the area that had the BEST customer service. The front desk agent was very attentive and spoke about all areas of the hotel from restaurants to lobby restrooms to activities inside and nearby the hotel. Only hiccup during my trip was the light outside my bathroom door didn't work and their was two different shower gel scents in the room. Outside of that it was perfect!
“Would definitely return”
The hotel was fine. It's showing its age but the staff keeps everything very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. We left something behind and went back to get it after we had already checked out. We were too late, as the room had already been cleaned. But they went way beyond the call of duty to help us. They were even willing to begin combing through their garbage to find the item. Because of the value of the item, we told them to never mind. I was amazed at how helpful, understanding, and friendly they were.
“good experience”
Good experience at Paris, convenient, lovely hotel
“Paris, Great location in the heart of the Strip!”
Centrally located in the heart of the Strip. Easy access to all casinos, shops, etc. You need to upgrade to rooms w/ coffee maker. Free wi-fi in the french bakery shop on the first floor lobby.
“Good Price, Great Room Service”
I enjoyed the great price and the room was nice. Room service was excellent. Room was clean and service was good.
“terrible stay”
Dirty Sheets, door keys dont work. Changed rooms to another set of issues. clogge dsinks, jammed door, tv not working. Spent more time at the desk than on the casino floor. 13 visits to the desk in 5 days. ugh. beds are sagging, gym is 25.00 per day. what the heck. i have stayed in better hotels in terrible neighborhoods.
“room sucked”
Paris rooms are so old and outdated, bothe queen beds in the room are uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as a rock!
“It's very central located”
You can reach all the other location in good time.
“Great place to stay”
Really enjoyed the Paris. The "upgrade package" is a very good deal. It includes an excellent breakfast and a cocktail time every evening. Dinner at the Tower restaurant was excellent
