“LOVELY hotel!!”

Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peacful. If this is what you're looking for, this is the perfect hotel. If you want a more 'Vegas' feel to your stay, it's probably not the best choice.

“The best hotel in Las Vegas”

We stayed in the Mandarin Oriental for three nights in early March, having chosen the hotel on the recommendation of so many people on Internet websites. As numerous reviews have already said, the rooms are fabulous: large, exceptionally well appointed, and probably a techno-geek’s idea of heaven. The restaurant is top-notch also (try the Indian cuisine, it’s wonderful). I guess we were unlucky in so far as we experienced a couple of significant problems during our stay … not even the Mandarin Oriental has managed to find a way of achieving perfection (yet!). However, it’s not the fact that things go wrong that concerns us – sometimes, things do happen – it’s the way that the hotel’s management team respond that matters to us, and we were totally wowed by the response we received. The level of customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional (far exceeding our expectations), and it’s clear to see why the hotel is rated Las Vegas’ number one; it’s deserved, and I cannot imagine them losing their crown any time soon.

“Great hotel , great service”

Just a few metres off the strip..but all entertainment venues are within walking distance -- no casino and crowds of gamblers to wade through to get to your hotel. restaurants and service were exemplary, including the waiter Jay in the Mozen bar / restaurant ..... witty & charming -best waiter I've experienced! Room sizes and faciltities are the best I've experienced in a long time!

Everything was great. The staff was excellent, the room was spotless and the location was perfect.

Excellent service overall. I could care less for the aromatic oils they use around the hotel and in the rooms, but I guess it's a nice change from the second hand smoke everywhere else.

“nice none-casino hotel”

The suite is nice, and the bathroom is spacious. But it's confused at the first time that the lobby is in the 23rd floor, which is called Skyline.

“Best Non-Bachelor/ette Hotel in Vegas”

Best place (for a non bachelor/ette party) to stay in Vegas. Right in the middle of everything, but quiet (no casino) clean (no smoking) and the rooms, service, and amenities are amazing. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Best hotel! Very nice rooms, superb service, nice restaurant. They provide a very comfort crib and welcoming gifts for my baby.
