“Vegas trip”

Had been told stories about renovations that where getting done But did not seem to be a problem .Staff where good could not do enough for my friends and I Resturants we went to where great especially Nob Hill wolf gang puck was also good Will come back to the MGM ,

“great hotel”

Great hotel, everyone was friendly. The rooms were nice, expected a little more from the mgm. Buffet was ok but based on price, I expected way more. As we went to another hotels buffet which was all around nicer for less. The monorail is handy. Shows were great.

I have never had calls to my room to check on things it was wonderful! Every staff member was so nice and helpful! :)

Tv didn't work right they couldn't fix it kept saying Disconnecting divices every 10 seconds and the water wasn't sinking fast enough in shower

“Wonderful experience”

Great stay...including beautiful view!! Wanted to stay longer, however, time did not permit it. Every comfortable, and almost everything needed was there. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, to help you rise and shine! Enjoy (< :

“Our family loved MGM Grand”

We were so impressed with our stay at the MGM from the minute we walked into the foyer. The atmosphere was great with the big screen behind the front desk pumping out the music. We knew we would have a good time here. Our room was amazing, plenty of room for the four of us. The kids loved the pool area and all the meals we ate at the hotel were top rate. It is a huge hotel and very busy. Location was great. We would definately recommend MGM as a great place to stay in Vegas.

“Excellent....but.....”

Excellent stay...Excellent hotel.....Our only issue was that the cleaning staff entered our room twice (two separate days) even though the do not disturb sign was on the door...Both times were early in the morning...a little disappointing considering it was Vegas......(Up late at night)...uggh! The rest of the staff was excellent.....
