“Wonderful Stay!”

Wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The staff is very attentive and the suite we had was impeccable with a nice and elegant decor. The restaurant was fantastic with efficient service and a very creative menu. Highly recommend the Four Seasons to anyone who enjoys the subdued elegance and smaller atmosphere the hotel offers versus the other gigantic Vegas accommodations.

“I recommend it for nice rooms”

Just booked a one night stay at the Sunrise/Sunset suite. The Four seasons in Las Vegas is a bit strange in that it appears to be part of the Mandalay Bay. The other small downside is that it does not have the expansive gardens that I have seen at other Four Seasons hotels. The Sunrise/Sunset rooms are located on the 35th-39th floors so the view is nice with floor to ceiling windows both from the living room/dining room area as well as the bedroom. The room was clean with a refreshment room with full dining ware/plates present/coffeemaker. I wish it would have had a microwave however. They delivered a complimentary bottle of wine and cheese cart to the room. We also ended up getting room service which was pretty good as far as room service food goes.

“Wonderful hotel”

First class service Only negative was eating at Charlie Palmers steak restuarant in the hotel. In my opinion one of the worst restaurants in Vegas. Steak was tastless , food over cooked and service was terrible.

“The best there is”

It doesn't get any better than this. We felt like royalty at the Four Seasons, an oasis from the usual casino scene.

“Four Seasons”

The Four Seasons was a wonderful escape from the crowds, noise and smoke of Las Vegas. It was great to enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer, knowing that we had a serene oasis to come back to and recharge ourselves. Our 5 year old son loved the lazy pool at the Mandalay Bay. The service was always excellent, however I was disappointed by the lack of service at the Four Season's pool, hence the 4 rating. We actually got better service at the Mandalay Bay pool side. I got the distinct feeling that they wanted families with kids to go to the Mandalay Bay pool and leave the Four Seasons pool for the adults. Other than that, my husband and I agreed that any future visits to Las Vegas with our son will be at the Four Seasons.

“Great hotel for a little serenity in Vegas”

The hotel is lovely and beautifully maintained. Very comfy beds and pillows. As far as Vegas Hotels go, very quiet because the hotel does not have a Casino, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is your place. The pool service was our favorite. Being the desert, it can get quite warm, so the complimentary otter pops, frozen snickers, always full water pitchers with ice and the warm and friendly staff are amazing!!! We would love to come back.

“Doesn't get much better than this...”

My husband and I have stayed here a number of times, and for us, it is the only place to stay in Las Vegas. The fact that it is a smoke-free property too is a big plus! For me, it's all about the pool and the service you'll find there... where else can you get your sun bed personally set up for you by one of the accomodating, friendly pool staff, who will also bring you a jug of ice-water and two cups, frozen fruit treats, Evian spritz's, offers to clean your sunglasses for you, etc., etc.? It's all part of the service. You also have access to the pools of the Mandalay Bay, but guests of that hotel do not have access to the Four Season's pool. They just walk past the gates (which require a Four Seasons room key to access) looking in longingly as you enjoy the exclusive amenities and treats! I only wish I could come here more often, and stay a lot longer!

“Amazing place ~”

I travel often for business, this property hands down us the most comfortable place I have been to. The staff is amazing as well as the private pool and access for facilities.
