I own several hotels in Nevada, and I am a Hilton Diamond level member. I always have something to complain about at a Hilton. This hotel was extraordinary except they heat their water with solar so the water is not as hot as I would like it. Other than that, it’s an exceptional property.

"Great clean property. Not walkable, you have to have a car. Nice staff, close to Mistico. Weak drinks and get dinner elsewhere, the restaurant on site is very hit and miss. Room was very nice. We had an outdoor shower and bathtub. Great view of Arenal. Would stay again."
