"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious with two bathrooms. The views from our room were great. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, the view from the rooftop pool was extraordinary! The gym is large and well equipped with an awesome view of the pool while you workout. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we had no troubles at all. The location is also great, walking distance to two big shopping malls, various restaurants and of course the fabulous Petronas Towers. We had a fabulous stay, we absolutely recommend staying here!"

"As I stayed for 2 night with 5 rooms, my room 913 had housekeeping request but the standard of making up the bed was appalling. The bedsheets was crumbled a d the co.forter was just slip to cover the bed. The housekeeping personnel was a young foreign Indian male. As a frequent traveller for my line of work, this bed making standard is far from a 5 star hotel protocol. On a strong note, your front desk staffs were excellent . Just an honest feedback"

"The general experience was great, except the parking experience. You need to queue and validate your car plate and pay at the reception, it isn't particularly efficient when you have a long queue of guests who are checking in. After validalidation, the parking barrier won't lift up on exit and we had to go back to the hotel. Luckily, one of the staff member has been really helpful and resolve the issue. This is definitely something to review and improve."
