really nice comfortable hotel with very good staff. upgraded on arrival and had great view of petronas towers. bottled water replenished every day with no charge.(evian in mini bar v expensive) tv had limited channels and picture coul have been better. chinese restaurant superb. service around the pool excellent. worst thing is trying to cross the road near hotel,very dangerous but taxis aiways available from hotel entrance. these are the blue ones.they charge a bit more but worth it. hotel very well placed for suria and pavillion shopping centres.

We were very happy staying in this hotel. It is comfortable and convenience to go anywhee as the hotel just doorstep near to Bus Terminal. Shopping Centres and food/restaurants are within a stone throw distance. Especially I was enjoying eating Chiew Chow 'ChengLow' in one of the shopping center nearby.

Great Hotel in a great spot. Stayed 5 nights in the new annex section, of the hotel, which had only been open a month. On the 12th floor with great room and view. Walking distance to everything in George Town and also has a free shuttle service to its sister hotel, so saved on taxi fares to the night markets and butterfly park.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Room clean. Breakfast good variety. Both myself and my wife have been staying there for our last few visits. Will continue to book that hotel for our trips to Penang.

I found my room to be clean & comfortable. The staff was very professional & helpful. Their laundry service came in handy and being able to leave my large suitcase in their hotel storage room while I went on 1 or 2 day trips within Sabah was convenient too. I also took advantage of the pool every day & evening.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel, well worth paying the extra money for. Great location as well, being across the road from the night markets. The staff are great and are happy to help. It was nice to be able to go walking around KK during the day and then come back to the tranquility of the hotel and relax by the pool.
