Good, once they recognize my reservation
Everything was ok, once I got a room. They had no idea who I was and what Hotels.com is. They "let me stay" because I arrived at 3am, but I had to change room the next day, fortunately I only carry one backpack so it wasn't a big problem for me.

Good if you are solo
Room condition is average. Need maintenance and upgrade. Room allocated is without a window. One ceiling light went out of commission middle of the night and no replacement was offered. Good location and that's about it. Nothing to shout about the overall condition of the hotel.

Nice Location, strong wifi, smelly and noisy
The hotel located in very great localtion. Just across the street and you will find mass transportation (also, near shopping mall). The wifi is really strong, best I've found in Malaysia (better than those 5 stars). Btw, I know and accept that it is natural smell of south asian hotel, I do not like it. Also, the sound -both from hall way and the street is really loud)- be prepared cos they stay up really late at night.

Booked a smoke free room and got a smoking room No one to help with luggage was handed a key and pointed to the elevator The fridge did not work The toilet hose leaked over night saturating all of my things in the bathroom Went out for breakfast and was locked out of my room as I forgot to come back down the previous day and pay the service tax when I arrived as I was jet lagged A phone was in my room and the staff could have called to remind me but chose to lock me out instead

Dirty old man manager knocked on my doorr to ask if I am using whatsapp because he wants to communicate with me..scary Dirty old man!! From that time on, I was placing the bed to block the door because I was afraid that he migjt try to come in when I am asleep. I did nof feel safe

Sub standard facility
The first family room we checked in was like an oven. Both wall mounting air conditioners were blowing hot air at 16C temperature. The technician came and went to correct the outdoor compressor. After 30 minutes they should be up and runninn was the promised. We wasted 60 min with No improvement and requested to Room changing. we moved to another room but the basin in the toilet was leaking. The duvet covers looked being recycled. Poor experience. What it advertised isn't what we expected to get.

Nice hotel
Centrally located. Efficient, friendly staff. Good value ...........There are a lots of restaurants, shopping area nearby the hotel.....Overall is good.......Hotel was fine well located Rooms are small but clean Bathroom are clean ............Hotel close to shopping, eateries and pubs. Also convenient to train stations and within walking distance.

Very small room, not fit for big size people. Not a perfect clean room if we compare with a 5 star hotel. Room looks gloomy but for a price like this at such a convenient place, i can't expect much.

Above expectations in every way, I would recommend
The staff were fantastic (man in the night/morning and woman in the afternoon) and so very helpful. Wifi was good, the room was very comfortable and the price was fair.

My rate for this hotel
My overall rating for this room was 1 out of 10 (10%). The room was dirty including the floor, dirty bed mattress, room too small. The wall and the floor in the bathroom was dirty even the seat toilet is crack and it hurt my thigh skin, no sanitary plastic bag provided in this hotel, the towel provided was too old and smelly. The furniture was too old and should be upgraded even the wall in the room was dirty and have a crack wall, smelly room, dirty mugs and glasses that have sticky yellow solid inside mugs and water heater, slow wifi, very poor in soundproof because you can hear people talking and tv sound from outside & inside the room & neighbour room. The receptionist corner should be upgraded and the entrance for welcoming the guest was too old and dirty with open wires,crack tiles,dirty floor, clutter, poor in management and decoration, that things should be improve as it will be the first impression for the guest when entering your hotel. This hotel should be upgraded and don't stingy to upgrade everything in this hotel. I have stayed in other hotel with the same rate/price, this hotel is the most worst and dirty with unfriendly room and environment. I will not come back to this hotel anymore. Believe me, you will regret as I am. Don't ever believe the picture of this hotel's room. Once you enter, you will be regret. Not worth my staying in this hotel but it near the shopping mall and food restaurant/stall.

I had visited this hotel a decade back with my family. It was great that time but I was disappointed this time. The Air Conditioner takes too long to cool. The room used to get too hot after we left for the day and on returning tired, it used to be really uncomfortable sweating in the accumulated heat. Room size is small. And the rooms where there is no window get too stuffy and suffocating if the AC is not working, but in the summers, the room having windows gets too hot and AC takes forever to cool down the room. Would not recommend this hotel for a family. We were a group of students so we managed to stay for 3 days.

Highly recommended mid price hotel.
Perfect location for island hopping or a more extensive Borneo trip. The rooms are spacious,well air conditioned and the bed large and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very tempting and caters to all tastes.

Love everything about this hotel. It is in the center of the bukit bintang. Easy access to monorail stn and also the free hop on bus ard kl. Would stay here again

It was a great location, we only stayed for one night. Clean and nice bed :) Nothing special, but just what we needed!

The hotel location is strategic, very close to the nearby shopping malls and food options are plenty nearby the hotel. However, on the third night of our stay, it was a bit noisy at night because there was a band singing downstairs on the street. Our room was on the 4th floor though. There was no such issue on the 1st and 2nd night of our stay, maybe we returned to the room too late, 3am-4am. Another little improvement the hotel can make is the bathroom is not divided wet and dry section, so when one takes a shower, the toilet will get wet. In conclusion, this is a value for money hotel, given the strategic location and overall condition of the room.

budget hotel
As above, a decent budget hotel for a penny's worth. There's pizza hut right next to the hotel, but you need to have your own tumbler for the drinks as they do not provide any cups at all for take away. No parking amenities available, either you park your car somewhere nearby and bear with the expenses. The hotel rooms are clean enough to stay, but it does look old. and the room lights are shabby, no windows. Overall, just a night stay for a very budget hotel.

Very strategic location, very near the must-see destinations. The hotel is fair enough for the price. If you are looking for a place to stay with comfort, you might consider somewhere else. hôtel idéalement situé pour se déplacer dans kuala ( a 20m de la station monorail et arrêt des bus gratuit en face) a proximité des tours petronnas ,en plein centre de butik bintang,et de ces centres commerciaux . les chambres sans fenêtre ( je les conseilles pour éviter les nuisances de la ville) sont petite mais très correct avec une équipe a l’écoute.très bon rapport qualité prix
