“would go there again!”

Nora Buri Resort & Spa in Koh Samui was a wonderful holiday, everything we expected and more. the rooms were beautifully appointed and the staff couldn't do enough for us. the location is on the beach and there are several lovely restaurants at reasonable prices. We'd love to go back! Koh Samui itself is lovely, plenty of things to do in a day trip and you can go to other islands easily too.

Area recommendations

Chaweng Beach was a very convenient place to stay. It is near the shopping strip with restaurants, shops, massage places, night clubs and the beach, but not too close to be noisy.

When to go

We went in December for 10 days and the waether was pretty much 23 to 29 every day, quite humid and it only rained one day. But that day it absolutely bucketed with rain!

What to pack

Not very much as it is pretty hot and casual and you can buy heaps of clothes very cheaply there.

“We loved it!”

Great Atmosphere, friendly stuff. Though the hotel is at Chaweng Beach, it's in 10 minutes ride by car to the center of the night life, which can be embarrassing, if you are a clubber, but just perfect, if you don't want to be in the center of noisy (and sometimes smelly) streets. We've seen several hotels on the beach, but Nora Buri is the winner in terms of privacy and cleanness.

“Great new resort on Koh Samui”

The latest Nora resort just north of Chaweng Beach is stunning and well worth a visit. The rooms are luxurious and well designed and the hotel staff were great throughout our whole 5 night stay. The breakfast buffet was included and didn't leave us wanting. The only negatives were that the resorts beach was quite rocky but the pool definitely made up for this. Would go back for sure.
