“Very Clean and Well Worth the Rate”

While a little further out from Kansas City, the room price was extremely reasonable and the room was very clean and contemporary. Staff was also very pleasant. Worth saving half the price for driving an extra 10 miles.

“Exceeded my Expectations”

We were very pleased with this motel. The rooms were very large and have a refrigerator and microwave, plus a desk and a separate table and chairs. There is a busy truck stop right across the road so I would recommend asking for a room on the back side of the motel. The continental breakfast was just fine; cold cereal, toast, coffee, juice, donuts, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly. The motel exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what it would be like since the price was so reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

“Good Deal”

Hotel staff was wonderful. Room was adequate. If you stay here, ask for the back side of the hotel as there is a truck stop across the street that is busy 24/7. Exit from the hotel is tricky as the trucks use the same road as the hotel traffic. They were very polite and let the hotel traffic out.

“Great motel for the price.”

The motel is old, but the staff keep it clean and are right there to help with any problems. The road for truck traffic has been blocked and rerouted. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen TV was great. The internet was a bit slow, but works good at night. We will stay there again.

“Quick Stay”

We got in late and had reserved 2 rooms. Check was quick. We left early the next morning. Near a truck stop and convenient store. Breakfast could have been better. Toast, Muffins or Cereal and Juices. We were just travelling through so good enough for the short night.

“Not so great”

Hotel is next to a truck stop and it was very loud at all times. Breakfast was a joke, milk was frozen, coffee terrible, juice didn't smell like apple juice. Rooms are dark and the bedding could stand to be updated, very worn. Lock on door was broken. Bathroom light didn't work. Could hear everyone outside or next to our room talking, no sound barrier.

“Not clean”

Our room was dirty and the bathroom was in poor condition (toilet paper was used to fill holes in the ceiling). We will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

“Worst hotel experience ever!”

Check in was horrible (see above) Our rooms were great disappointments. Privacy locks on outside door of both rooms were broken. One of the rooms had wallpaper coming off the walls and a clothes rack that was falling off the wall. The other room had a horrible bathroom with mold and mildew. Up keep and care at the hotel is virtuallky non-existant. And can you believe it? No one ever said "I am sorry".

“Unbelievable”

Honestly in all my stays ever at hotels this was the worst of the worst. I swear I will stay at a road side park and sleep in my car and with no doubt less noise and more comfort.
