"Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. The mattress was really comfortable that if you get out of the bed you won't disturb your partner at all. We loved it!
