The front desk staff was very helpful on a super busy check in day (due to a big concert) There was an issue finding 1 of my Expedia confirmations but she worked it out and finally got us checked in to both rooms.

Very good choice for a hotel close to MetLife stadium or American Dream. Convenient shuttle service included in your stay, we found very reliable. Breakfast & Parking also included. Room was nice, check in & out was quick and all staff were very professional. Would stay again.

We had a very good stay. The hotel is clean and convenient to the MetLife stadium and mall of America. The shuttle is also convenient and prompt.We did have a problem after The Rolling Stones concert. Everyone was waiting on line for shuttle but shuttle driver took people who just walked up and gave him money.Breakfast is average but the girls working at the restaurant do their very best. Beds are a little too soft for me, but comfortable. Shower is hot.

Everything was great! I just have a few things I would change, like bigger tvs (19” hard to see on), better music selection at the bar/restaurant and I’m sorry but fire the chef that does the breakfast buffet lol. It was free and edible but nasty. I could’ve walked to Wendy’s across the street. Overall 4.5 stars !

Front desk staff did what they could. Manager did not help with my situation asking for a room with a shared interior door…..even when we made absolutely sure to call 2 weeks ago to request. We were told there would be no problem. Once we were there, there was nowhere we could go at that time. If not, we would have left the hotel. Staff durimg breakfast was rude. Specifically the lady up front. Would not sit us down because we were missing a breakfast voucher even when I told her I would just pay for it. Overall a VERY sour experience. Good thing we opted to just sleep there and not have any time at the hotel. THE ONLY great, absolutely great experience we had was at the Italian restaurant. Servixe was amazing, chef came around to say hi to my kids, talk to them, joke around and offer to cook anything they wanted. It was an amazing -very authentic- italian experience. We loved that part and will absolutely go back to the restaurant. We will just stay somewhere else. :/
