"Great hotel. Lovely staff,polite,hard working. Convenient to everything including the castle and great food. Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge. "

Service was friendly, we got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was nice but a bit dated with the room style and washroom layout, still using a metal key to open the door. The king bed was nice and wide! Things I didn’t like was a lingering sewage type smell from the washroom, toilet flush noise was quite loud and took a while to fill the tank. "
