“Excellent Place to stay”
Hotel staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Room very clean with modern facilities. 5 minute walk to local attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Innsbruck.

Staff and service was excellent. Overall quality of hotel was very good for the price. I would stay there again when I return to Innsbruk.
“Great location for price!”
The hotel arranged a room with a comfortable children's bed for my daughter. The hotel has a great location near the trainstation and the old town in Innsbruck. Our only complaint was that we thought breakfast was included in the price and it was not. The spa area is very interesting with lots of Swarsky chrystals.

We stayed in this hotel once before and just loved it. It is very close to the main shopping area and the old town. It is situated in a quiet area. We stayed in one of the suites this stay, last time we had a regular room. Both were clean and comfortable. The suite was beautiful!!! The staff was very nice!

A beautiful art hotel in a great location. The breakfast was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful. It really was a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is also very reasonable for the hotel.

“Excellent choice to stay in a wonderful city”
Had a brillaint stay at the Romantik Hotel Schwarzer Adler, fabulous location in the city just a short walk from the Hofburg and Golden Dachl. Very friendly staff who made me feel welcome, from the reception to the restaurant staff. Beautiful rooms, clean and spotless a real pleasure to stay at and will be returning soon. Thanks for an excellent time.
“Impressive Innsbruck”
We were very happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. It was only 3 minutes from the old town and 5 minutes to the train station. The only complaint we would have was that even though it was late October the room was very hot at night which made it hard to sleep. In the end we had to turn the air conditioning onto low. It wasn't ideal but it worked. On the positive side the breakfast in the hotel was amazing. Very high quality food and a great selection. There was even the option of Champagne. Well worth the €11 it cost.
