“Great hotel, great price.”
Nothing to complain about. Close to the train station, good service. Perhaps the furniture is a little old, but everything was spotless clean. The breakfast staff were all smiles, despite the crazy pace of the crowd.

Very welcoming given that it is a large hotel. Room very comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good and I was travelling alone with my 5 year old son and we felt well looked aftern.

We only stayed at the hotel for one evening before we travelled onto Ischgl, but the hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location is very central, and we were only a few minutes walk from the train station.
“Great location and really helpful staff”
This hotel was perfect for our needs, only a short taxi ride from the airport, or there were buses that went to a stop only just around the corner from the hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly, and even though we were at the hotel at 10am we were able to check in early as our room was ready for no extra charge. I went with my partner as a city break/ski trip, we were able to catch a free bus just around the corner from the hotel that would take you to the resorts around Innsbruck, and there was a ski rental shop opposite the bus stop, they were also really helpful. It is also only a 5minute walk to the old town and just down the road from the main train station. Overall a great break and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Good location to Central station, old town and shops. Hotel facilities are excellent and staff are very helpfull.

“Excellent Vacation”
This was our first European vacation and our new favorite location. The staff was incredible, the views were superb, and the food was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet and found it well worth the price.
“Great value above average European room”
This was great Expedia bargain. Big room and mountain view. Nice underground parking and easy distance to ski slope. Gym was ok and it had nice sauna and steam room. Easy walk to most of the Innsbruck sites. Hotel staff recommended really nice restaurant on the river.
