“Excellent”
One of the best hotels in Ibiza, food was amazing, great facilities and the friendliness of the staff was really good

Good hotel and good location. Its pity that the restaurant/breakfast is indoor only, with air conditioned as in Spain i would expect nice meals to be taken outside or at least to have the choice..
“You get what you pay for!”
It is a little bit outdated and little bit far from the action, however it is clean, and the service was good. We have a excellent room with a view to the beach and only the minibar unit was not working, not a big deal!!
“Great Hotel... Consider the area though”
The hotel is great, the staff was very friendly and the view is amazing. However, remember this isn't a modern day US hotel so it will be a little older.
“Not a 4 star hotel”
This hotel is very dated and should be a 3 star. If the room were modernised it would increase the overall satisfaction of this hotel. The food was very poor and not the quality or standard I would expect in Spain.
“Revolting”
Surly staff, barely spoke English and treated us like naughty schoolchildren. Hotel looked like it was in a time warp from the 1960s. The room was tiny, bed sheets smelt disgusting. Air conditioning didn't work and the whole wall around the unit was covered in mould. Drunken louts maraud around the hotel grounds singing and belching
