“Little Ibizan Gem in the Barcelo crown”
Just returned from a week long stay at this fantastic Hotel. First time at the Hotel and will certainly be going back. The highlight was definately the food which was superb with plenty of choices available at each and every sitting, ranging from cold buffet to hot freshly cooked food. The staff could not have been friendlier and you were welcomed at the door into the Restaurant. The Hotel was kept spotless and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels as standard. The room was comfortable with Air Con TV and plenty wardrobe space. We were there for a relaxing time but found ourselves taking part in the many activities put on daily by the excellent "Animation" staff. The Hotel has 3 excellent pools and other sport facilites. A pleasant 5 min stroll to the beach.
“Good transport links”
The local bus service was good, located at the end of the street, always on time and very reasonably priced.
“First trip to Ibiza”
We booked this hotel a few weeks before our holiday after reading other reviews. Found it very comfortable with good buffet food. Lots of sunbeds so no rushing out early with the towels. Staff on reception were always very helpful. We weren't all inclusive but bought bottled water from a shop down by the beach. Just ashame we were expected to pay for water at dinner.
“Nice, Clean, Hotel...”
Not a bad hotel at all. It was clean and the staff were quite friendly. It is a busy though but that's to be expected anyway. The power went out in my hotel block one day, which so happened to when I was getting ready to attend a wedding..Well without the air conditioning, it looked like I just stepped outta the pool, apart from that..All good..I would recommend
“Clean, but not quiet!”
This hotel was very nice and clean, but it was not at all quiet. Every morning loud music (rap, hip-hop, pop . . .) was played around the pool area which filtered into the rooms as we were trying to sleep. I don't have a problem with loud music, but not in the morning! There were lots of families on package holidays, and I guess this was to entertain the kids and for the morning aqua aerobics class in the pool. Too loud, way too early! There was also loud music around the pool in the afternoon - and I do mean loud. I work in the music industry and am very used to loud music, but there's a time and a place. Peace and quiet would have been nice. A nice place to stay if you want to get up early, but not if you're looking to chill a bit by the pool.
“Not comfortable in any way”
This hotel is terrible. The good: it's clean & close to the beach. If you're hungry there's a good place to eat literally right across the street and it's cheap too. The bad: they charge you to sit on the benches on the beach and the beach close to this hotel is boring! The ugly: I don't suggest you buy the meal+room special because the food in this hotel really is gross. The receptionist was "bleh" and the lady in the cafeteria was always talking behind my back... why? I don't know! Who does that?! Another thing, if you don't have children... STAY AWAY from this hotel. People that stay here are families for the most part with lots of kids everywhere and there's a play area for the kids where they play LOUD music for the kids n have activities for them. There's 2 pools and the kids n parents take them up all day. THe rooms are tiny and if you want one bed, make sure you get ONE bed not the twin beds placed by each other's side because they move throughout the night. They also don't provide anything except 2 towels, shower gel and hand soap so bring all your necessities. THey charge one euro every 10 minutes for their internet. The clubs are on the other side of the island are pretty far (i.e. space), it'll cost about 30some euros to get there by taxi and the ones closer to the hotel on on San Anotonio Bay aren't as good but you still need a taxi to get there n that will run you about 15ish euros. Overall, this place is not good and I would not reccomend it.
