“1st Class all the way!”

We relaxed in the lap of luxury in this new hotel...with a lovely dining room and a sports bar. Our only complaint--the bedding was so new that it crackled when I turned over...Bed was very comfortable!

Excellent service, definitively worth paying a bit extra. Strongly recommend this hotel to any traveler. Location not so great, however since I had a car rental I was able to get everywhere within minutes. Very happy with my choice.

“Best Hotel experience my family has ever had”

This is a brand new hotel and it is immaculate. My family and I were in the area visiting colleges and at the end of a long day this hotel was a paradise. We didn't want to leave the room. The Security was great and the staff was friendly.

“Very Nice!”

Though our stay was brief, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. I called a few days ahead to inquire about early check-in. Our room was ready when we arrived at 9:30 a.m. The front desk was helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, and so was the service. The room was a nice size, clean, nicely appointed, nice bathroom, and beds were very comfortable. Vending machines were conveniently located and had a good variety. I am not familiar with the Houston area, but the hotel was near our destination (a wedding) in Jersey Village, and reasonably priced. I was sure I couldn't go wrong with Sheraton. Thanks for proving me right! I would definitely stay here again!

“Great hotel”

Conveniently located on the Beltway near I-10 and convenient to the Galleria area. The room was well laid out with plenty of work space for a business traveler like myself and the flat screen TV was nice. The fitness center is well-equipped too. It was great staying in such a new hotel!

“Cancellation”

The only services I did not like about this service was 2 days before their policy would not let me cancel my reservation. My reason for wanting to cancel is because my business meeting was cancel and reschedule so I don't think I would make another reservation at this Sheraton West.

“Comfortable and Pretty”

Very nice hotel. Beautiful, comfortable room with extremely pretty decor. There was a huge desk and a bed with very soft sheets and pillows. The location was very convenient, as was the free wifi. We really enjoyed our stay.

The office area was a great feature! Staff was friendly, room was great.
