Great location. Staff was fantastic. Property itself was very old and delapidated. Rooms are very small and haven't been renovated in years. Definitely not recommended for light sleepers.

Not only do we have an amazing central location that is just a block away from the best part of Waikiki Beach, we have an incredible team and clean, comfortable rooms. We have never claimed to be a five-star resort, but our five-star guest service is why we have a wealth of happily returning guests. We hope that you will be one of them.

One of the trade offs for staying at our cozy, "home away from home" hotel is that we only have 16 parking spaces for 73 guest rooms. Thankfully, there are plenty of other parking options in the area for all budgets. Visitors who really want to save big will forego car rentals altogether and stick with our award-winning public transportation and ride share programs. We wish you many happy returns to our beautiful islands!

This hotel had everything we needed! I would definitely stay again! The beach is a very very short walk! I loved our time here, the front desk was very nice as well as the cleaning staff!

This was an amazing stay! Loved how close everything is and if you need to get a little farther there is a bus or trolley available within walking distance for cheap. The stay was great for the price, if you like your stay to be a little more air conditioned like me you might have a little bit of a problem, the swamp coolers worked good enough for most I just like it a little colder. Staff was very friendly and helpful, if you rented a car parking might be a little tough. I definitely recommend this for the price especially with how expensive most things are here!

Not what you would expect what so ever. Dated, construction right beside,dirty old carpet, shower tap not working. Not worth the price at all. The good, staff is nice!

While we often take the heat for the construction of yet another large hotel in Waikiki, which is quite beyond our control, our savvy guests do not notice it much because they spend their days adventuring around the island and their nights wining and dining to their hearts' delight. Whenever things go sideways during a guest visit, as they sometimes do at any property, a call to our 24 hour Front Desk in real time is always appreciated so that our agents can rectify the matter, even room switching if you prefer and if we have the availability to do so. Thank you for celebrating our diligent and friendly team. I will be sure to let them know that you appreciate their Aloha.

Mahalo nui loa, Michele, for taking the time to share your valuable feedback and for giving us the opportunity to give context to your observations.Firstly, Waikiki, like Las Vegas, is a visitor destination that charges daily amenity fees at its hotels. Ours, being only 15.70 per day, is the lowest you will find in our market, and considering that we have a wealth of convenient amenities, it is the greatest value too.Secondly, our property is not new nor have we ever claimed it to be. Seasoned is not dirty, and our new and returning guests have continuously celebrated our clean and comfortable rooms both in reviews and in person.We personally checked your room for the issues you brought up and found the phone to be working, no carpet stains, and curtains in good condition, and while the shower in that unit is smaller, we do have larger room types with bathtubs. You chose, however, to leave early instead of inquiring about a possible upgrade.Lastly, we have 73 rooms and 16 parking spots that sell out immediately, and while we have many recommendations for alternative parking options, none of them are 8 blocks away.Thank you again for sharing your sentiments. We do hope that you managed to enjoy your visit to the islands.

Just ok. Price was right. Don’t expect much. The rooms could use some more amenities such as side tables by the bed, a chair for the desk, and shelving/storage for your clothing as well as more storage/shelving in the bathroom (was only a tiny glass shelf). Bring your own shampoo and body wash/soap as theirs was super cheap Dial.

The Stay Hotel was an incredible bargain. lt is located the midst of the high end resort, hotels, and blocks from the water. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, if outdated. Really glad I stayed there and will stay again.

Daytime staff was excellent and nice. We had a service animal for my elderly sight impaired mother, which I called prior to booking to make them aware. Our room was nothing like the photos, TV did not work, no desk or table just two tiny beds. Had to wait for the manager to come “approve” the service animal, where she grilled my mom about it’s capabilities and told her they do not accept emotional support animals only proper service animals which is clearly what we had. Single elevator down for service without warning was also a challenge for my disabled mother. Overall did not feel this hotel managed expectations for us as guests well and was left with a bad taste.

Aloha Raleigh, Mahalo nui loa for taking the time to share your valuable feedback on your stay and for giving me the opportunity to provide context to your narrative.Our Front Desk agents are able to check-in guests with service animals as long as said guests are amendable to answering these two legally-appropriate and sanctioned ADA questions:(1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? (2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?In the case of you and your mother, however, you relayed a completely different explanation to our agent when you called than your mother did when she spoke directly to me in person. You also said that you could provide documentation for your dog, which is unnecessary for service animals once those two standard questions are answered by their owners. I needed to get involved because of this incongruity and, as such, gave you both the grace to accept your short stay reservation.We are a hotel that accepts service animals, as per federal law. As you may know, service animals have an entirely different function and legal classification than emotional support animals and/or pets. There are other hotels in Waikiki that can/will accept all three.Mahalo for celebrating our hotel team. I will be sure to share your kind words with them.

While there is a construction site on the name street as our hotel, it's important to note that much of Waikiki and Honolulu metro are experiencing a huge construction boom that may affect lighter sleepers. To remedy this at our hotel, we have free ear plugs that are available upon request at our 24 Front Desk. Also, we find that most of our guests spend their daylight hours touring the entire island and enjoying our gorgeous natural settings, so by the time they return, construction has stopped for the evening. Hoping to see you for another visit soon!

The Stay met our needs for 3 day stay. The area is extremely noisy night and day so I had to move. Staff are lovely and accommodating and complimentary coffee very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but disappointing. The room was small and needed an upgrade. The queen and sofa beds were low. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I wish I had spent more so I had a better ambiance.

Check-In quick and seamless. Convenient location. OnSite Keurig Coffee Bar was Super nice. Morning newspaper. Mango or Pink towels available for no charge. I think included in guest fee. I paid for parking which was secure and convenient. Shower is HOT!!! Very nice.. only drawback.. AC blowing right on head of bed in the room. I just put my feet at the head and my head at the foot.😎

It's quaint, staff is helpful friendly, good snacks/coffee. Only the room floor/building is tilted probably due to settling. Makes for unbalance walking and uneasiness feeling dizzy.

My check in could’ve been less stress from long hours of traveling. My reservation was held due to time differences my cards would only unlock until it hid midnight Hawaiian time zones. I was told to wait until midnight it was only 8pm. I managed to change my time zone on my phone since they have not familiar with that. Then finding parking which was a ten minute walking back to the hotel.
