Daytime staff was excellent and nice. We had a service animal for my elderly sight impaired mother, which I called prior to booking to make them aware. Our room was nothing like the photos, TV did not work, no desk or table just two tiny beds. Had to wait for the manager to come “approve” the service animal, where she grilled my mom about it’s capabilities and told her they do not accept emotional support animals only proper service animals which is clearly what we had. Single elevator down for service without warning was also a challenge for my disabled mother. Overall did not feel this hotel managed expectations for us as guests well and was left with a bad taste.
