“You just need a place to sleep”

Rooms were small, but worth the price. And the owner was very helpful. I meet my brother and he arrived earlier. The owner didn't have two single rooms on the same floor, so he let me stay in a larger room, so I could be on the same floor as my brother. It's a run down building in a bad part of town, but if you just need a place to sleep, it's very convenient, safe, and worth the money! If I went to HK again, I would stay there.

“Best for the Price”

It was a wise decision of mine to book this hotel as it was quite cheap but the services was good. I went with my brothers for the business trip and we took a triple room. Room is small but we are all 6 feet tall and we didn't find it so small. Hot water, Air conditioner, drinking water and wifi are good facilities. The bathroom door had problem but no worries for the price.

the place is accessible to any vehicles u want to ride...good service & affordable.

“USA Hostel Kowloon”

The room was a twin bed [single room] with a walkway to the bathroom. The bathroom was Asian style meaning you can shower and use the toilet at the same time.

“small room”

I have stay there before but this time is a different room. They have changed management I think and add more rooms(hotels) together. This is a cheap place where one would stay one or two night only and spend most time out. As the room really only suited for those to take a shower and sleep. Nothing else. This time I can not use the wifi in the room and have to go to a computer room to get connection. NOT GOOD! as the little room have no A/C and was hot. I was all wet in 10 min and was 11pm. I got bed sheet as cover this time too.

“Info about the facilities”

The air-conditioner does not have heating. There is no telephone in the room. We were offered to change room on the second day to a room with telephone. However, we later found that the bathroom is always wet because there is leakage. Therefore, we moved back to the previous room on the third day. They should have warned us before suggesting to change the room. The slippers are plastic ones which have been used by previous users. There is no separate shower gel and shampoo. It is a 3 in 1 shampoo in a dispenser. The cold water of the distilled water machine is not working throughout our stay of 11 nights and I have to get cold water from another floor. Hair dryer is available with a deposit of HK$100. For the family room, we have only one key. There is no laundry equipment. They will charge you HK$40 for 6 to 7 pieces of garment for washing. The towel, bed sheet and quilt cover is replaced only on request. They were washed and dried by the hostel and were dried by hanging.

“It's My experience”

1, They charged HK$ 100 when I check in, this is not showing in Expedia, I don't understand this is for what, because we not use any extry service, this is not reasonale, 2, they give us the smallest & extremely dirty room for the first night then change to other room after we complain, the second day change to the other room was ok, but I bookiing two single beds they are not provided. the hot water only provide 7am-12pm & 7pm-12am, but not sure those time. I'll contace you when I back to New York.

“Speaking of tiny”

Due to the low price, I was expecting a small room - but I would never thought that the room is so tiny. It basically has one single bed, a very small cabinet, and a bathroom you can barely turn yourself around. It's about 50 to 60 square feet I guess. The location is very convenient, located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. You can do a lot of things around there, including shopping, sight-seeing, night clubbing, and lots of food choice. So if you're expecting a cheap place to sleep and nothing else? This is for you! Otherwise look somewhere else.

“Damaged shower door”

The door of the shower was damaged. The water leaking out of the shower made a terrible mess in the room.

“USA HOSTEL”

we stayed at what they call "FAMILY ROOM"... as for me it was not recommended there to stay for a family especially if you are traveling with kids... there was one of the staff there I guess she was the owner who was very unaccommodating and unpleasant to talk to; television and phone line were busted the room was like a storage room tho its quite big and just enough to stay a place to sleep at night, but I wont recommend to those who wants spend most of their time inside the room; there was no hot water at all in the shower... and before you can use the internet you have to go to the 13th floor near their office not as described to their post that there was a complementary used of internet!!!
