“Good Locality and Services”
For me, the things I didnt like we the very hard beds and nothing in the fridge.
“Good Hotel”
Good Location
“Convenient for China Ferry Terminals”
I don't really care for this hotel. Unless you get a substantially upgraded room, and in the right tower of the hotel, the rooms are small and cramped. I used to stay here from time-to-time. But, in recent years have opted for other near by hotels that are just a little higher price, but are new and much more comportable. This hotel is in a bad hotel at all and is ok for convienience sake, but, it is not my first few choices. My first choice is elsewhere.
“pacific towers”
As I personally wrote to the hotel manager, the standard room leaves much to be desired. Very old carpeting with black fungus everywhere, sticky carpets and dirty floors. On top of that cigarette smoke comes from the A/C into the room and is very strong such that it makes very difficult for a non smoker to sleep through the night. People are nice and try their best but the lack of non smoking policy for other guests in all of the tower made the stay for me a non pleasant one. I have been visiting this hotel and this time and the my previous stay in november last year make for a final no more here.
“good location but small room”
the hotel is in the hot spot of HK. you can walk to it from the train station in 10 mins. and it is between two large shopping mall. the harbour city is next to it. but the room is small. and it only can fit two twin beds or one queen size.
“Worst Hotel Ever”
I was expecting to be a great hotel to stay in Hongkong due to lots of people rate this hotel 3 stars and above but I am dissappointed when I saw the room myself. The room was so small. The bathroom was barely cleaned. The pillow looks so old and saggy. The staff are rude and not willing to help.
“An O.K. hotel.”
The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, there are ferries and subway trains that can take you back and forth comfortably and quickly to anywhere you fancy, including Hong Kong island, Macao and China for day trip or overnight stay. Our room was a bit dated, but clean enough. There are complimentary fruit in the room, which was a nice touch. The television set in the room was old and foggy, it needs to be replaced with newer ones. Internet connection was fast and free of charge, but it required updating every 24 hours. After the first 24 hours it failed to reconnect. After we complained, it was reconnected and worked well. Reasonably good breakfast at the hotel cafe. We stayed there for two weeks. During the latter half of our stay, a very noisy family checked in, with the parents and children's rooms either side of us. They went in and out from room to room, banging the doors whole night. The kids carried on screaming and the parents carried on shouting. We rang up the assistant manager and complained, but nothing was done. Although he offered to change our room, but we had neither time nor energy to pack and unpack in order to change rooms. I think the hotel could put the family next to each other in the first place instead of sandwiching us between them. The staff are friendly enough but not much help. The family finally checked out but not before we lost 3 nights' sleep, it was very nerve wrecking and it spoiled our stay somewhat.
“Great location”
Great location, you don't even have to go outside to get to the ferry terminal, great shopping and restaurants nearby, very close to the MTR also. The room was a little small for two beds by US standards, but still nice. There's a pretty good breakfast buffet too
“Good hotel at good location”
Hotel is at 4$ from Cowlon airport express station by taxi, and nearby major nightlife streets and many tourist attractions. Also shopping area is here. So very convenient place at good rates usually... Rooms and overall setup are at 3 star level, but nothing wrong - still a good value for the price.
“Great hotel for the price. I'd recommend it.”
The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were clean and always well kept. The room was a bit small, but considering the nature of Hong Kong real estate, it was a good size. There is more than enough space to live. I was there by myself, but I might have had a hard time if there were multiple suitcases and multiple people. The food at the hotel was great and I really have no complaints. It's location was great. It was near two subway stations (TST and Austin) and really easy to get around.
