“Good value”

The hotel location is excellent, e.g., close to the Star Ferry terminal, and the room rate was moderate. Includes free use of public Internet-wired computers in the lobby. The men's bathroom off the lobby is different and attractive.

“No free internet in room”

The hotel and staff were excellent however I was disappointed that internet access in the room was not free. You could access free internet in the lobby but it was inconvenient at times to do so.

“Nice and comfortable hotel”

We booked the Harbour view room, but the hotel is a bit distance from the harbour and the view is not what we expected. View was okay but description should be more clear so visitors won't be disappointed. The room was clean and very nice, bed is extremely comfortable and staff were helpful. We arrived in HK at 6a and arrived at the hotel around 7a and front staff was able to give us the room, so they are all 100% customer service. We really appreciate it very much since check-in is 3p. The restaurant is excellent. We ate breakfast daily there and love it so, this make up for the room view. Location is convenient. We highly recommend Sheraton and would back again minus the view.

“Impressed”

Excellent value for money. Location is very good. Room service is very efficient and you hardly notice them, but your room will be perfectly tidy and clean. Sometimes they tidy it twice. In other hotels the room service lady try to make herself visible to give her tips, but not at the Sheraton HK. We had buffet dinner, It was good but what impressed me was the ultra speed that the workers remove the used dishes and replace cutlery when needed. I dined in several Hotels in China and neighboring countries, but nowhere I had similar service. My only complaint is the steak house, while the food was not bad, but the cost is too high for the food and service.

Lovely, well maintained rooms with up to date amenities. The bathrooms were particularly luxurious with modern aesthetic details and most inviting. The service was responsive but not hovering - a nice balance. The breakfast - 'tho expensive - was a grand affair and an adventure! We stayed on a family vacation and truly enjoyed ourselves.

The location is excellent for shopping, public transport and going out at night. The hotel room was spacious and clean. We got a room with the harbour view and when we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The view from our hotel was amazing.
