“Excellent Hotel with Exceptional Service”
Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location with very friendly staff. For example, they were able to arrange early check in, late check out despite being extremely busy and, in relation to check in, while the computer system down, based on some great initiative shown by the desk clerk. Rooms very nice, good breakfast room, gym, etc.
“Excellent deal”
The hotel was clean and classy. The staff was courteous and attentive, defintiely would go back.
“Great Hotel in Kowloon - Want To Go Back”
Our stay (my wife and I) was incredibly wonderful. The staff was helpful, courteous, and unobtrusive. The service we received was first rate. The location was convenient to the MTR, bus lines, and the Star Ferry. Our harbor view room was comfortable and we had enough room to stow our possessions. If one desires one can also view the nightly laser light show from the room. The morning breakfast buffet was reasonable and the Japanese restaurant was excellent. We used the fitness facility and it was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 9 nights and can't wait to return.
“Sheraton Towers - Kowloon, Hong Kong”
Very convenient location. Particularly if you want to to the Hoing Kong side (Star Ferry). Annoying Indian street hawks trying to sell you fake watches, fake bags or a tailor every 30ft. The hotel is on the expensive side (rooms and food) for what it is. Staff is excellent and very polite, helpful and pleasant. The food was fine. Avoid Mortons Restaurant (in hotel) - expensive and I had very poor service (forgot my meal which then arrived overcooked when I asked about it). Got ripped off by the taxi for a luggage charge to the airport - Hong Kong is NOT what it used to be - more of luxury and (fake) shopping outlets for asians.
“Sheraton HK”
All was fine
“excelent”
the best services ever. Perfect time in room services.
“Good choice”
We selected this hotel based on the price and location. It's conveniently located at the southern tip of Nathan Road in TST across from many sights including the Avenue of the Stars, Space Museum, Center of Cultural Arts and is a short distance from the Star Ferry which takes you to Central and 2 blocks from the MTR station. We had a harbor view room on the 9th floor. The view of HK Island was fantastic. A higher floor would have solved the small problem of partial obstruction by the Space Museum. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to accomodate an extra bed in 1 of the rooms and a baby crib in the other. They even remembered my son's birthday and gave him a bday card. The rooms were a little small compared with the average American hotel but it's certainly roomier than some hotels in Japan. Lastly, it's important to note that the MTR station is not directly downstairs of the hotel. It's a short 5-minute walk away.
“Kowloon, harbour lights and comfort”
A great location - just across from the Art gallery and Cultural centre. We had a room with a harbour view, which made for a good night's entertainment night after night. Harbour lights and the constant buzz but in a quiet room. The room was very comfortable and a good size for two people with somewhat different agendas. Staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. The meal we had in the Celestial Court was a fine one and the restaurant was quiet and beautifully attended. When I go back it will be to the Sheraton.
“The Essence of Hong Kong”
The Hotel, from check in to check out was very good. The concierge was the best I've ever met, offering oodles of advice and information which was right up to date. The location was very convenient for travel around the islands and made getting to the airport and back very simple. The Japanese Resturant in the hotel was simply put, the most exquisit meal I've ever had. Enjoy the set menu and get dish after dish of tasty art! Lovely. The view of the symphony of lights was literally a 2 min walk away - perfect!
“comfortable room size for 3 adults - holds a good king size and 1 fold out bed”
Was travelling with my two teenage children - and It is difficult to find a comfortable room size for 3 adults at a good rate in HongKong! The check in hotel staff noted our need to accomodate 3 adults in a room and made a deliberate attempt to assign a good size room against rooms availability - our stay was made enjoyable by such attention and service!
