The regal at Hing Kong Airport is an ideal place to stay when you have a long transit at Hong Kong. The room was large, comfortable and affordable.

The hotel is convenient if having a long stop over at the airport. Rooms are relatively clean and have all you need for a short stay but air quality is poor with smells around the hallways and our return trip, the non smoking room smelt so much of smoke that we could not stand in there, let alone stay for a few hours. The staff we responsive though and while we waited in the corridor, a staff member attended to us with a new key and room within 5 minutes. We were very appreciative.

It’s a solid airport hotel. While a bit dated in decor, it has everything you need for a stay at the airport. The rooms are also free of a lot of radiant light so it’s much darker than a lot of other hotel rooms. I appreciate that. They also have plugs for phones and laptops.

Hotel is connected to the hotel so very convenient for layovers and stays and is roughly a 5 minutes walk from the main terminal hall. The hotel is a bit on the older size so some stuff are a bit rundown but overall a good hotel.

This hotel is super convenient if you have a long layover. We got in at 11 at night and had a flight out at nine in the morning. We could just walk for five minutes to get to the hotel and it was so easy. However, the hotel is starting to get outdated. It didn’t have any plug-ins for electronic devices. We had to borrow a plug from the front desk. At least they had one. generally speaking, our stay was fine.

The hotel is a bit sloppy, especially the bathroom in the room. The bathtub drains very slowly, and it feels like soaking your feet after taking a bath. The edge of the sink is moldy, and you can clearly see that the corners are black. The toilet needs to be flushed twice to flush away the paper towels. The room is quite large, but the carpet is very sloppy. The lobby staff is polite. But it is indeed very close to the airport, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the airport lobby. It is indeed very convenient if you have an early flight the next day. But it doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all

Right at the airport (land side) so you do have you go through immigration. Still super convenient if you have a spend a night for an early departure. The hotel room is a bit outdated and needs tlc.

The facilities are old, please don’t hold your expectations, it’s very basic and average, not up to a 5-star rating at all. However, location and service-wise, it is very good. The room is very well sound-proofed so that you don’t get disturbed by the planes. Overall, it is a very convenient option if you are only looking to stay 1 night.

The airco in the room did not work properly and it hot. They switched me to another room where it was working fine. WiFi was so so. Not a very strong signal. Staff was excellent and so was breakfast! Easy walk from the arrivals area.

I'm so glad we stayed here on our overnight layover in HKG. It's so convenient for the airport - but not, not so much for the city itsel, although since there's a lot to do at the airport, it wouldn't matter much unless your really want to go into the city. The hotel itself is very nice. Nice and clean rooms, great staff - they let us check in about 30 minutes early, and they provided me with an adapter for the outlet, which I forgot was different. Overall, an excellent experience. Will definitely stay there again - even if the trip is longer than overnight.
