“One of the best!”

Clean. Location few blocks from MTR. Upgraded to include breakfast, internet and free cocktails for a small fee. Was well worth it.

“Very Impressed”

The accomodation at Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon was exceptional. We also took a package that included buffet breakfast and drinks and hot and cold snacks every evening. Very enjoyable. Hotel was close to bus, train and Temple Street markets. Highly recommended.

“Excellent Choice!”

We selected this hotel based on both internet reviews and price-and we were very happy with our choice. We paid a little extra to stay on the Premier floor-well worth it-as it included a free buffet breakfast for us and our two children each morning. We saved a bundle-most days we didn't even have to buy an actual lunch-we were still full from breakfast! My only 2 complaints with the room was lack of storage space (a given though in Asian countries!) and the mattress was harder than I like. It was a bit of an issue the first night-but then after that, I was so tired from sightseeing that I slept very well. Since we're the type of travelers that leave our hotel in the morning and don't come back til late evening, this hotel was perfect. Impeccably clean and comfortable. They did have a spa (massages mostly I believe), as well as a gym and a bar, however, we did not spend any time in them. For people who like to lounge around/shop/see and be seen in their hotel, one of the bigger, fancier hotels might be a better choice-but for anyone looking for a great place at a good price and a great location, this is it!

“Fine Hong Kong hotel”

Anyone who has stayed in a Novotel before would know roughly what to expect in terms of facilities, standard of rooms etc. This one was right at the top of that list. Staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. Romms were spotless and comfortable and towels changed daily without request. The Premier upgrade was well worth it and good value, giving us access to free internet and a lounge for Premier customers only where complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and eventing cocktails were served. We never got round to the cocktails but the others were excellent. Food and drink in the hotel were excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. The surrounding area, Kowloon, was very Chinese, very busy and really exciting with street food, markets, lots of shopping and food outlets, a nice park nearby and good walking access to the harbour front, MT railway and buses. I would definitely visit Hong Kong again and would use this hotel as first choice.

“Excellent location - will definately stay here again”

This was our third trip to Hong Kong and for future trips we will always stay at the Novotel Nathan Road. The service, staff, rooms and location were all excellent. Close to train, Temple street market, electronics for the guys, clothes and shoes for the girls! Central location makes everything within walking distance. I would happily recommend this hotel.

“Definitely recommend”

My husband and I stayed 5 nights. The staff were very polite and friendly with no language barriers, and the concierge very helpful and knowledgeable when asked for advise on how to get around HK. Our room in the executive suites was stylish and comfortable, although quite small with no drawers for clothing. This didn't however deter us from rebooking. Buffet breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Temple street markets are just across the road.. ask concierge where the underpass on Nathan road is. Is in the heart of shopping, a block from the MTR and cheap taxi ride to the harbour. I would recommend this hotel.

“Pleasantly surprised.”

I travel to Hong Kong on a regular basis and have stayed in many different hotels. I was quite suprised with the standard of the Novotel Nathan. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and is well situated just off Nathan Road. It is a 15 minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. The staff were polite and helpful and whilst I did not use the hotel restaurant I can safely recommend the hotel to anyone considering visiting Hong Kong.

“Nothing was too much trouble”

I booked this trip in April, but suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in August so I was on crutches and wearing an aircast on my right leg, for the whole trip. On arrival at the hotel I was confronted by an escalator to reach Reception which was on the 1st floor. Whilst looking at this askance, a member of the Concierge staff immediately showed me through to the Service Lifts, and took over our baggage to take it to the room once booked in.. On enquiry at Reception I was unhesitatingly given a change of room to one with a walk in shower, and from then on the whole stay was a delight. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful providing assistance with doors and getting around generally. The room was quite spacious with extremely comfortable beds and the double glazing effectively quietened the noise of heavy traffic outside. The situation was very good, right in the heart of things, close to Mong Kok, street markets and excellent bus services to Star Ferry and to and from the Airport. The MTR Jordan Station (with a Stair Lift) was only a few minutes walk away. Throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful, even (unasked) to the extent of making sure I had a seat on the fixed bench for the excellent Buffet Dinner so it was easy for me to get up onto my crutches. I was always greeted by a smile. I would happily return to this hotel on future trips and unreservedly recommend it to others.
