“Clean and quiet”

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Natham , very clean very friendly hotel and athough on the main Natham rd very quiet . Found it to be ideally situated , 20 25 min walk to the harbour , and in the heart of the markets Nice top floor resturant , used it for breakfast but ate out at night with the locals and more adventurist tourists

“Happy we chose Nathan Hotel.”

Rooms nicely equipped even with adapter for computers and warm bathrobes, which came in handy as it was much cooler than expected. Lounge provided juices and cappucino machine with cookies for afternoon pick-me-ups. The Bali bar was comfortable with good promotion, seating options and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice mixture of American, British and local foods. Front desk staff was attentive and solved minor issues without delay. Tour desk in lobby. Hotel is in a great location, short walk to Temple Street market and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby which were open late. Felt safe to wander around even after midnight.

“Surprise”

We were surprised at the good condition of the rooms, although a little small, the rooms are clean and well furnished. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and is a short walk from Kowloon Park and takes a little longer to get to the harbour and the Star ferries. One small problem was getting a taxi from the hotel to the Kowloon Station; many don't want to take people because it is too close. However there are free buses that will pick up in Kowloon (from various hotels) to the Station.

“Nathan Room excellant value”

We stayed in a Nathan Room and it was very very clean and spacious and the free buffet breakfast was very good. The only minus was we had free use of the NATHAN LOUNGE and complimentary beverages. The Nathan Lounge is very small, large enough for 2 people, very cold, there were cold fruit juices but no glasses. Free use of the internet was a bonus. We had a drink in the Bali Bar and a snack the first night, average and very expensive. The hotel is convenient to the Jordon MTR to get around everywhere, but there arent any many decent resturants nearby for a meal at night. It is quite a distance to most of the shopping malls but OK by MTR. Some local shops and not far to Ladies Market. I would definately stay here again for a stopover if the price was right
