“Great location for the cruise terminal”
We stayed here in a harbor view room for a few days before embarking on a cruise on the Azamara Quest. This size ship uses the port terminal connected to the hotel, and we watched our ship dock from our hotel window. A hotel porter took our luggage to the ship. It was easy and the staff was very accommodating. The location is very close to an MTR station and lots of interesting restaurants. Nice room, nice people, and great location.
“Visiting Hong Kong in May”
There was nothing wrong with this hotel. The price was perfect. The Star Ferry around the corner, just minutes away, and almost on the corner of Nathan Rd opposite lots of very upmarket shops, but the buses or trains were very easily accessible to all the markets. I stayed there with a girlfriend in May 2012. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was we wanted a pool and a guarantee of two singles (which were king singles). The buffet breakfast about $30 Aust was very nice, lots of Asian and English food. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.
“Fantastic experience”
All the staff were great. We were able to get into our room at 8.30 am after a long flight, so really appreciated. Great position, extremely clean room and the facilities were excellent. Food was also superb - cannot fault. Would definitely stay there on our trips to Hong Kong
“Best Location for New Year's Eve. Great hotel!”
The Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel met all our expectations and then some. Would highly recommend this hotel. Being on the Kowloon side with a harbor view room overlooking Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island was the perfect place for New Year's Eve. Staff was outstanding and quickly answered all our questions via email prior to arriving. Limo service to/fm the hotel was very reasonable and easy. Assistance with restaurant reservations and tours couldn't have been better. Great centralized location for sightseeing and shopping. Again, highly recommend the Marco Polo and hope to return again soon.

“September 2011 - exceptional service”
Excellent room and housekeeping. Front desk and business centre staff exceptionally professional and accommodating. I travel extensively around the world from my base in Canada. My experience at the Marco Polo Hong Kong prompted me to write letters of commendation for specific staff members - not something I do typically.

The hotel is connected to Shopping malls and restaurants so no matter what the weather is outside you remain protected inside
“Very Pleasant Experience”
The staff of the Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel are extremely accommodating. Hotel lobby has been renovated and has a very nice ambiance. Room decor is very tasteful. I would recommend this hotel, especially as it is located at Tsim Sha Tsui.
“Very Impressed”
The Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is always the first place i look into when i travel to Hong Kong. I love the location, and they have a great staff with great service. They always do their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is steps away from the Star Ferry which is a great way to travel into Hong Kong island, and also the mega shopping center Harbor City next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel to all HK travelers.
