“Very Pleased”

I was a little nervous making a reservation for a hotel in another country that I had no other information about other than what was on Expedia or the hotel website. I was a little afraid that we would get their and the room would not look like the pictures on the website, but when my husband and I arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was very good and all of the staff was friendly and eager to help. Our room was very clean and as advertised. We had a Harbor view room and really enjoyed the view. They greeted us each time they saw us and cheerfully responded to our requests. Yes, as others have mentioned, the room was small, but more than adequate for our needs. The bed was hard, but this is a consistent theme (as is the small room size) in our hotel stays in China and we resolved this by using inflatable camping type mattresses in the hotels we stayed in. The location of the hotel was great. It is in Central Hong Kong and from the hotel we were walking distance from the subway (the MTR), the outdoor escalator and many restaurants and shops. Cabs are easy to get in Hong Kong and many drivers are familiar with main locations in Hong Kong, so it is easy to get around. The breakfast at the hotel was not included in the room price, but was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Room quaint with traditional asian decor. Bamboo separates a lovely restaurant setting from the hustle of bustle of HK streets. 5 mins walk from HK Airport Express Station.

“A perfect location”

Located right in the centre, within minutes of Lan Kwai Fong, central pier, etc. Rooms are small, as expected in HK, but very comfortable and of beautiful presentatoin. Had 5 nights perfect sleep in the city centre - exactly what you want. Would stay here again and again - worth every penny.

Excellent service in a trendy (for the 20-50 year age group) area at a reasonable price makes the understandably limited room space well worth.

“Great Place to Stay”

The hotel is in a fantastic location for everything you want to do in Hong Kong. The staff were extreamly polite and helpfull and the rooms were very confortable. The only thing it lacked was a bar however you are so close to Lan Kwai Fong (the area with all the bars) that its not a real problem. All in all an excelent place to stay.

“Great hotel in an excellent location”

I stayed at the hotel for a three day business trip. I had read the reviews about the rooms being small but decided nonetheless to book the standard city view room. It was compact but no smaller than the hotels I've stayed in in New York and it was well equipped. It was extremely comfortable and the shower was a good powerful one. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the public spaces were good. My colleagues had a marina view room with extra space and it was pretty good.

“Great for city centre”

The hotel is well placed, average pricing. Very clean and comfortable but North Americans may be surprised at how small th rooms are. Overall very good. Will definitely stay here again.

It' was very clean room and kind staff.. Same as other hotel in hongkong, room is a little small than US hotel, all accomadation is excellent.
