“Definately my favourite hotel in Hong Kong”

Weather on a business trip or vacation, the Shangri-La makes you feel home. Wonderful building, excellent restaurants and very professional and very friendly staff.

“Kowloon Shangrila Hotel”

I stayed this hotel for five days in March. I worried a little bit since a few reviews showed that it was not a top notch hotel, however, I am very happy with my choice and I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

“Excellent except the hotel security - they reminded us of "red guard":)”

Excellent hotel and room. The only thing "bother" us is the security folks in the lobby. My wife was trying to sit on the stairs and taking a picture with the Christmas tree since it's a better angle, they came over and said no. What is big deal? My daughter was trying to "show off" her piano skills and played 1-2 notes on the piano. They came over and said no too. It's just make you very uncomfortable to stay in the lobby. They are kind of watching your every move. We felt they are more friendly to the westerner than Chinese looking folks. That is not very good. We are the same paying hotel guests. Other than that, everything else is good.

“Fautltless, the only place to stay”

From the time of arrival when the doorman opens your car door and you enter the hotel, you know that this stay will be memorable. You are escorted to reception for a quick check-in, your luggage follows to your room a little later. When your card is inserted into the room activation slot, the curtains automatically open to a fabulous view of HK island. Gracious, smiling, efficient service. Every time you use a taxi, you are given a ticket with the taxi no. on it for future reference. Right next to MTR station with underground walkway to Nathan Rd. Fast room service, breakfast comes with your own toaster so no dry cold toast. Very efficient climate control so never too hot/cold. Big beautifully appointed rooms, fabulous bathroom, free easily accessible wi fi, multi adaptor sockets, iPod/mp3 connection to play your music throughout room including bathroom. Luxury +++. the only place to stay in HK.

“Spectacular harbor view!”

The hotel met all our expectations and provided us a lovely and liesurely get-a-way in Hong Kong between 2 fast-paced tours in mainland China. Our first stay at a Shangri-La, but won't be our last!

“Superb Hotel”

Great hotel.Superb dinning,extremely comfortable beds & pillows which makes up for a hectic tour schedule.Recommend a harbor view room with offers an impresive view of the Hong Kong island landscape and its' modern buildings architecture.Location is close to major shopping centers.

“Shangri oooh la la”

Great customer service and attention to detail. I left a book open on the bedside table, when I returned later the day it was closed but with a Shangri La bookmark inserted to mark the page. The welcome tea pot delivered to the room was so what I needed after a long international flight. I will return.

I recommend the club floors. Our Horizon Club room and the benefits -- lounge, breakfast -- that came with it were definitely worth the price.
