“Beautiful”

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a little luxury on their stay. It was beautiful. Room overlooking the harbour, very spacious. Every detail was perfect. A real treat.

“Great choice”

I've stayed in many of the 5 stars. For the money this is the best value in HK. The rooms are large ane extremely well done, servicevis outstanding and it is the rare HK neighborhood that isnt teeming masses and is both attractive and walkable. The waterfront promenade, good shopping and lots of restaurant choices are all nearby.

“Can't wait to stay there again”

I recommend the club floors. Our Horizon Club room and the benefits -- lounge, breakfast -- that came with it were definitely worth the price.

“Very Nice!”

Hotel is in a great spot close to the subway station and waterfront. Staff was very friendly and helpful except the cafe restaurant where we wanted to eat and were basically given the brush off. We pushed it and ate there anyway--it was crowded and very noisy perhaps the staff recognized we would prefer a quieter place to eat but it wasn't suggested. Plenty of complimentary bottled water plus ridiculously priced Evian bottled water. All our requests made on the reservation were honored.

“Fautltless, the only place to stay”

From the time of arrival when the doorman opens your car door and you enter the hotel, you know that this stay will be memorable. You are escorted to reception for a quick check-in, your luggage follows to your room a little later. When your card is inserted into the room activation slot, the curtains automatically open to a fabulous view of HK island. Gracious, smiling, efficient service. Every time you use a taxi, you are given a ticket with the taxi no. on it for future reference. Right next to MTR station with underground walkway to Nathan Rd. Fast room service, breakfast comes with your own toaster so no dry cold toast. Very efficient climate control so never too hot/cold. Big beautifully appointed rooms, fabulous bathroom, free easily accessible wi fi, multi adaptor sockets, iPod/mp3 connection to play your music throughout room including bathroom. Luxury +++. the only place to stay in HK.
