Close to convention center the best location the best size and the best brake fast, the infrastructure need renovation showers head was broken and paper hangers is out of the drywall need some detail

Great location if you want to be close to the airport and the expo. Walking distance to the expo. The only things that I don’t like was the breakfast and dinner, over priced and no variety!!! The breakfast for 35 USD !!

Wow, booked a harbour view room, came with afternoon tea and free cocktails in the evening. Staff were very friendly and polite, it is a superb hotel in a very good location. Room was enormous, bed was very comfortable and had usb plugs everywhere with lots of little extras, can not fault it would book again if going back to Hong Kong

The hotel property is close to the airport and in good shape. The location of the shuttle was a little difficult to find but the airport information booth was very helpful!

Great four star hotel close to the airport. Lack of coffee making facilities in the rooms (other than instant coffee powdered milk) was the only substantial drawback.

The concierge service was good. Very helpful staff to help manage the luggage while waiting for the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

We took advantage of many of the amenities during our business stay, and a few time when we had challenges with our transportation and logistics the staff at this property went way above and beyond to care for our needs. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Chaotic and busy reception area, poor breakfast and dining room air con too cold, lots of building work around hotel without the benefit of any amenities. If you want an airport hotel we prefer Novotel in Tung Chung, we stayed at both and by far the better location is the Novotel

Hotel staff ensured that our room was always tidy. We love the fact that everyday cleaning and replenishment of supplies were done. Room service was excellent and there's a free shuttle bus ride that takes hotel guests to the nearest bus/MTR station and back to hotel. Going to Disneyland with my kids was a breeze as the property's location is just a few kilometers away from the resort.

Gorgeous ultra modern building!! Surrounding area is in construction zone.. new airport being built! We had limited time so weren’t able to leave airport area since city was an hour away

We stayed here several times while dropping into HK on our travels in south east Asia. Great for overnight stops, free shuttles to airport and Tung Chung for Outlets (not that good, more like shopping mall) access to HK via MTR. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is great when using hi as a transit and for shopping between flights. They store your luggage for up to one month so our Snowboarding gear is stored with them while we warm up in Thailand.
