“Great hotel, very affordable in a great location”

The Holiday Inn Causeway Bay is a great budget hotel. Very well located in the Times Square area, near lots of shops and restaurants. The nearest underground MTR station is a short walk underneath the shopping mall. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a great touch for travellers on a budget. Highly recommended.

“Superb location and service”

We had selected this hotel after quite some research and it turned out to be worthy of the good ratings of previous travellers. We had got a front-facing room on the twelfth floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, there were no hidden charges and the cleanliness was of high order. The Internet Cafe in the lobby was very useful. When we required directions, the counter person would willingly whip out a map and write down the directions and details of bus route/MTR. The breakfast, however, was a bit of a let down, with no omelets or boiled eggs as a part of the standard breakfast. The restaurant was quite pleasant though. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Excellent value for money”

Excellent value for money for families travelling with children, as there are few hotels in Hong Kong that allow older children to share a room with parents. Rooms are not huge, but adequate for a few nights stopover, and hotel is in an excellent location, right across road from Times Square shopping centre. If travelling by train from airport, go to Causeway Bay station, and take exit A (Times Square), but be prepared for quite a long walk (especially if you have a lot of luggage). Breakfast is an added bonus, and it was a pleasant surprise to have a hot breakfast as the hotel states that 'continental' breakfast is included. Free internet room was a big hit with my teenage kids! Would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

For the price , the value of this hotel can't be beat. If all you need is a safe clean and well managed facility in the heart of it all in HK, there is no competitor

“Excellent base for a short break”

We found this hotel was fantastic value for a family of four short break in Hing Kong. Location is very good right next to a large shopping malll with cinema restaurants etc. and a 24 hr McDonalds nearby. Access to the subway system is via the basement of the mall so travel was easy. A tram route is nearby taking you into central district. Plent happpening in the local area also. Hotel breakfast was adequate with a choice of chinese/english/continental. Service was way above our expectations for an "express", with all requests handled quickly and efficiently. Internet cafe was a nice bonus. Overall we were very satisfied.

“Basic but good value.”

The location of this hotel is unbelievable, it's just next to Time Square and a second walk to best noodle shop in Causeway Bay "Ho hung kee" also Muji, Uniqlo and G.O.D shop. The room was basic, clean but furnitures were a bit out-of-date. Anyway, the price was reasonable. I was so lucky to stay in a corner room which got much better view than other rooms, thanks Expedia.

“Very comfortable stay, highly recommended”

Stayed one night (Saturday). I believe the rooms have been recently renovated. Checkin staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was craving Indian food and they recommended a place nearby (Aladdin's Mess) which I thought was excellent. My room was on the top floor 29th. Very clean, modern decor, very comfy bed. Shower was great. Only thing I would complain about is the down comforter was too warm and I didn't want to turn the AC on that high (global warming and all). Otherwise, I loved my stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The quality of this hotel really matches its price. Location and surrounding are terrific. Local market, supermarket, all shops, all brands, best restaurants, cool bars are less than 10 minutes walk from hotel lobby. why stay at others?
