“Wake me up for Breakfast”
Location was good. 15 mins walk from MTR. Buses / taxis / trolley buses at your front door. Easy walk to shopping malls / food / Happy Valley racecourse just across the road for your Wednesday night entertainment. Make you sure your package includes breakfast, it has everything to start your day discovering Hong Kong. We had the "family quad room" . A bit small, 2 x queens size beds in a room that would normally have 1 x king bed only. Only 1 shower but it is HKG after all and you are only there to sleep. Mattress was hard but comfortable for everyone. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
“Great hotel but terrible bed”
This is a good hotel in a good location and good value. The staff were very friendly and efficient. However, I stayed in room 1506 and the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a table. This was the only down side to a great stay.

“Very Pleasant In Many Ways”
The hotel was well-kept, the staff very helpful and polite. The only thing that kept the hotel from being perfect was how hard the bed is...but I hear that's a common thing in Hong Kong. I do wish a 7-11 or Circle K had been closer; the hearest one was a seven-minute walk, but that's not the hotel's fault.
“Fabulous hotel”
I love this hotel so much it’s actually my 3rd stay there. One thing so good about this hotel is the friendly staff who always go the extra miles to make you feel like home. I’m happy to see Kane and Bonnie, the lovely boy and girl at the reception, every time they see you they greet you with a big warm and genuine smile. Coincidently my room was served by the same attendant Rosanna this time. Rosanna has an eye for details, my room was always kept spotlessly clean and she even reminded me to bring an extra jacket one day on my way leaving the hotel in the early morning as the temperature was expecting to drop a lot that evening. Have stayed in many hotels before 5 star to boutique, staff in this hotel have done a great job far beyond my expectation. I was there in June, between now and then I noticed there are some touch ups to the room. I though the carpet and the working desk are new stuff (and excellent stuff)! There’s an additional elevator to make up a total of four so going up and down now doesn’t take that much time. I smelt the lobby being different too, it’s a new flower scent, so fresh I love it to the previous fragrance (although the previous one was good enough). I’ll definitely choose this hotel for my future stays.
“couldn,t get taxis”
Drop off on main street instead of hotel drop off area. bad. Had to walk out to main street to get taxis twice.
“Good value”
Nice hotel with a decent room at a good price, but location is not ideal. It is close to the Happy Valley race track which is fine, but the back of the hotel also faces a cemetary which is a little creepy. Otherwise it is fine and the service is quite good.
“Good place to stay for the price”
By HK's standard, the hotel is off the beaten path. However, it offers regular shuttle services to Time Square and other central locations and HK taxi is quite reasonable. Room size is ok. Some rooms have better view than others. Try to ask for high floor and a room with view at check-in.
“I'll come back again”
Everything is good, the service, location, and room is tidy and clean.
“Conveniently located”
Upgraded to the room with the view overlooking the The Happy Valley Race Track was worth it! The Night views are fantastic - watch the various hockey & soccer matches being played on the turf from the comfort of your room- great walk around the Race Track in the morning -Tram & bus Stops outside the Hotel - Need I say more!
