“Good Choice in Hongkong.”

This hotel is Apart-hotel. The location is great ,near MTR , Star ferry and shopping center. You can walk to victoria habour in 5-10 min. Many restuarants is around hotel. The room feel like home so many facilities in it.(Internet is not charge) Room size (studio)is small but very clean. I think it suitable for shopper. Travel all day and go back to sleep at night. I were very happy when I'd stayed at there.

“A fabulous find!”

We stayed here for the first half of an 8-day holiday, to experience Kowloon before heading over to Hong Kong Island - and we loved it. The rooms are small but well-designed with plenty of storage, brand new kitchen and bathroom amenities and a funky decor. It felt like our own apartment rather than a hotel room. There's a little bar on the frst floor where we could meet up our travelling companions over cocktails. Fabulously friendly staff. Ashley Rd is right near the action of Canton Rd and Nathan Rd and TST MTR without being noisy, and has its own little range of restaurants and bars (we recomend the sushi place and the foot massage across the road). We will definitely stay here again.

“It's rather small but complete & comfortable”

Chinese saying: The sparrow is small but their organs are complete. It's a very small studio apt, but it has a complete kitchen. With iron, hairdryer, ironing board, a safe, wardrobe, wall-mounted tv, etc. Very clean & comfortable room/bath interior. The only setback is its air-con is not cold @27/28 degrees! And its remote control is not working.

“Little Tiny Hidden Gem”

The hotel is vairly new so was moden & clean but the room is tiny tiny tiny. No where to put your bag so if you are travelling solo great place to put your head has everything you need and had kitchenette. In my case I was travelling with partner so we had no room to spread out. The bed was against the wall so we had to climb over each other. 100m from nathan road and the hotel has a deal with local cabs can get you back to the airport for hkd200 flat rate. If you need 1-2 nights and your travelling solo recommend if you are travelling with someone not much room to move

Good location for the price, although easy enough to miss. Located on Ashley Road, the hotel is not currently served by the free shuttle bus from Kowloon station (Jan 2011) however the Langham hotel is across the street which is. Provided you can figure out where to cross the street. The room was adequate, bright and clean, small kitchenette with limited cutlery and no tea bags! There were a couple of tv channels in English (CNN, BBC World & Nat Geo) and a dvd player in the closet beside the safe. The wireless internet did not work but I was able to plug my laptop into the router with the supplied cable and get online. There was no charge for the internet in my room. The reason I give the place 3 stars is that there was a spot of blood on my bed sheet when I checked in and was still there after my room was serviced the next day. The air con in the room did not function as a heater no matter what temperature I raised it to. There was a cold snap during my stay and being able to heat my room would have helped immensely. The shower could have been warmer too. Overall an ok place to stay, central and walking distance to all Kowloon attractions. If you can stretch your budget, staying somewhere like the YMCA (where I ate breakfast), may be worthwhile.

“Convenient location”

Extremely clean, simple & compact. Not much space, small kitchenettes really only suitable for sleeping there while your out all day exploring Hong Kong & shopping. Also every time shower was used a bad sewage odour filled the bathroom. Very good location, close to train Station, large Habour City shopping mall & only a few train stations away from famous Ladies Night Market, Electronic st, Sports st etc...

“Cowloon Hotel”

The hotel is well located and the rooms are a good size. The downside is the bar is poorly furnished and seems to be frequented by locals rather than residents. The bed was hard and not enough hot water to shower.
