Dining is very expensive and not even the best options to choose from, they don’t even have vending machine or biscuits included with tea and coffee in the motel part of the Hotel. It still looks prestige walking into the lobby. But it certainly is less than its former self. Nice room, nice bathroom, though the shower’s tap flew off while I was trying to adjust the water.
Staff are extremely kind, hardworking and helpful though. Though trying to get through to them - guest services - by phone several times went unanswered. I believe they need to employ more staff all round.
