The staff were great. Robin at front desk and Rahul doing house keeping were so helpfull they went over and above to help us. Would give them the employee of the month award . Will be staying here the next time we come to Hobart and will be recommending the hotel to every one, thanks again for our stay

Great stay! Lovely view! Only a couple of things for improvement. The lifts were not clean, with floor and walls needing attention. The floor for our room also had a strange odour.

Rooms were clean and modern. We stayed for 2 nights and room was not serviced, so no clean towels or replenished tea, sugar, coffee, had to ask for more at reception. Also phone did not work in room.

The only concern we had, was i asked them to put me in a room away from the elevator.... what did they do??? Put me right across from the elevator. Had people talking from 6:00am till late, very frustrating!

The eooms were clean and well equipped.the Motel side was old property and did not feel like a casino, it felt like just a nice motel. The breakfast was a bit of disappointment. For almost $30 /person you can get better food at any cafe. Need to up their game on food.

Dining is very expensive and not even the best options to choose from, they don’t even have vending machine or biscuits included with tea and coffee in the motel part of the Hotel. It still looks prestige walking into the lobby. But it certainly is less than its former self. Nice room, nice bathroom, though the shower’s tap flew off while I was trying to adjust the water. Staff are extremely kind, hardworking and helpful though. Though trying to get through to them - guest services - by phone several times went unanswered. I believe they need to employ more staff all round.

Room 706 had a magnificent view of the harbour, highly recommend this side of the tower. Jacob was great at check in and all staff from security to bistro were super friendly.
