“Perfect Choice with a Kitchen”

We had a king size bed studio which was very spacious includes a long entry hallway combined with modern kitchen. A hall area outside of spacious bathroom and 2 big cabinet closets with safety box and iron and its board. All was in a mint condition, modern and tasteful deco. Also included is a love seat, a small table with 2 chairs, a desk and chair, a big Samsung flat screen TV, a stereo, a combined washer/dryer machine, and a scale; this was useful to weigh our luggages as there are limits with the domestic flights. The kitchen only has couple set of dishes and flatwares, sufficient pots and pans, but there was no condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, and oil). Addition dishes and flatwares were provided upon our request. Highly recommend the hotel to consider provide condiments. We were told that there would be charge for making local landline calls but free for mobiles and prints/copies other than couples pages - this should be reconsidered. The landscape pots in the back were beautiful. The pool was clean and warm. There was also a play room for toddlers and a pool table. The gym was adequate. The elevator timeline was fine.

“Family stay in Ho Chi Minh.”

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. After a week away it was great to have some space to relax . Having a kitchen and laundry was also handy. The staff were helpful with local information, shuttle bus to airport and recommending tours, shops, taxis etc. Having a mini mart, coffee shop & a couple of restaurants in walking distance was fantastic, with other destinations less than $5 away by taxi. The pool also provided a welcome refresh at the end of the day.

“Great Hotel, Staff and Facilities,Shabbos Good”

The hotel is located in a great part of HCMC. It isn't right downtown but about a 5 min walk down a shaded street of 200 year old sycamore trees. It is also conveniently located between the US, French and English consulates. It is also located a close distance to the Synagog, churches and a Mosque. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly. We had prearranged some special religious requirements before a 2 day holiday and the staff understood the fairly detailed instruction easily and performed the additional tasks without any issues. They have a good convenience store and coffee shop in the building as well as a shoeshine and salon. The pool and fitness facility are great. Rooms could use an update, but are still in good repair. Carpet in one of the rooms we were offered was stained, but the hotel management and staff went through great pains to see that we were taken care of. After they delivered a momentous fruit basket to our room for any trouble.
