"Affordable accommodation with supermarket and several dining options nearby. Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "

"The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport."

"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!"

The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit."

"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
