It was superb especially compared to the America's choice hotel in the same neighborhood that I had stayed at the week before.

“Good place to spend the night after a busy day”

When we go on vacation what we want is to make the most of our time to explore around and go places. That said what we need a hotel for is basically to clean up and recharge our batteries. And this one did its job pretty well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus you get a free basic breakfast (coffee, milk, juice, toast and cereal) what helps you save a few bucks. Overall it was a good saty, I could even say it exceeded my expectations.

This was a really nice hotel and super cheap. The only thing that wasn't good was the continental breakfast. Probably one of the worst ones I have ever seen. But I guess that's what you get with free.

The charge is reflective of the motel's conditions and location. I am quite happy with what I got from what I paid for. As a single adult traveling for my own business, this motel offers very good value and convinent location. However, I will not take my kids to stay there.

“Best Overnight Stay for concerts at Comcast Arena”

This was a very nice hotel. It was really a pleasant surprise how nice it was. I was expecting a fleabag but it was actually nicer than some boutique hotels I've stayed in. The room was unbelievably clean and very big. The lobby was clean and well-lit and had an attendant posted 24/7. Everything in the vending machines was only $1. Free breakfast was offered from 6am-9am though I did not partake because I woke up late, so I don't know how the food was. The front desk attendants were helpful and friendly. The TV did not have a wide array of channels and the reception was kind of crappy, but I came for a concert in the Comcast arena so didn't have much time to watch TV anyway. The only issue I had was that there are no restaurants within walking distance. The lobby had several take-out menus to choose from. If you stay here avoid PIZZA 101. They took an hour and a half to deliver and showed up with a pizza I did not order. Dominos was better but still took an hour to deliver. Overall if I want to go to CT to see a concert at Comcast I would stay here again. The hotel is only about 4 blocks from the arena, it's very convenient, especially for the price. If you are coming by bus or train, the local Yellow Cab service will get you to the hotel in less than 10 minutes for about 10 bucks, and they are always ready & waiting nearby so the wait time for the cab to get to you is less than 5 minutes. price was a little high and the place smelled bad, but other than that place was o.k. not a place i would bring children. beds and rooms were good,tho.

“Ok for the money”

Room was cheap so the fact that it was small wasn't a big deal. Just needed it to sleep. No place to hang clothes, though, which I've never run into in a hotel room before. Needed a late check-out. One employee was accommodating, another wasn't. Front Desk was enclosed. Security issue, I guess. Not very encouraging but saw no instance of trouble. Free breakfast was spartan but appreciated.

“Walking distance to Comcast Theatre”

The staff at front desk was helpful when we asked to move our room closer to car but I have come here 5 times already and the pillows are so terrible, they are very thin you need at least 3 pillows per person. There is nothing near this hotel except the concert venue which is the reason why we go here. The perfect spot to tailgate and when its time to go to the concert you can walk there very easily. This hotel is perfect for concert goers but if your looking to be closer to the city of Hartford not the place to go.
