“A+ for Convenience; Passing Grade Otherwise”

Leonardo (changes names occasionally) is a pleasant 15-minute walk down a bike/pedestrian path across a freeway from the Hamburg airport. Rooms are OK, but no elevator, no restaurant, and an expensive (optional) breakfast. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You can buy food at a full-scale grocery in the airport terminal. Good if you are frugally-inclined and traveling carry-on!
