“May 2007”

was not happy to arrive and find we had been booked into a double room instead of a twin - attitude of staff was take it or leave it!!! Bar staff in evening were very pleasant but during the day when we tried to order a snack we were made to feel this was a major inconvenience - this was after two trips to the bar to find someone to actually serve us. Room was clean and comfortable and transport to and from hotel no problem.
