Great location if visiting the Grand Canyon. We stayed in the motel part of this property. It was pretty basic with no breakfast or extra amenities but it was clean and safe and served its purpose.

Good location for access to the park. Limited access to food. We found a couple of OK dining options nearby but understaffed and nothing to rave about.

we stayed in the Motel for four nights to visit grand canyon national park. It was a great value and had clean room, nice linens, great coffee setup in the lobby. It was convenient and very nice!

Older but in good shape. Heard the upstairs guests walking around but to be expected in an older building. Next time I’ll request the top floor. Loved the 24/7 coffee and tea. Nice place to sit outside in the sun with a coffee early in the morning while the family sleeps.

Room was extremely small. I have never seem a room where you barely had room for luggage and the bathroom was ridiculously small.

Great location with quick access to the Grand Canyon entrance gates. We were able to easily go back and forth to and from the park each day. Lots of choices for dining and shopping within walking distance. Very quiet. We were at the end of the third floor by the stairs and we didn't hear voices, footsteps not doors. The only negative was the limited parking spaces at the end of the day. We had to park quite a ways away from our room.

Easy and friendly check in. Offered the Grand Canyon pass at check in to avaoid doing it at the gate which was nice. Room was nice. Had an odd smell, but wasn't good nor bad. Only complaint was the shower plumbing was not mounted so the head would come out of the wall when adjusting and the room entry door had a 1" gap at the bottom. Bathroom was very clean. Overall good place and would stay again.

This is an older property. Clear but dated. Can hear 2nd floor walking above. This is a motel style stay with door leading to the parking lot. Picture for the lodge is the cutest feature. Overpriced even for location. Overheard person checking me in use a cuss word about another staff in spanish. I understood it nonetheless. That was Unprofessional

Once again, another hotel where the pool was inoperable. Guests who pay for an amenity that turns out to be unavailable should be compensated.

The lady up front was rude and not accommodating. Our room smelled and the shower was falling apart. Went to shower and had next to no water pressure. This place is awful.

Very conveniently located a few miles from GC Village. Plenty of eateries around. Clean room and easy and friendly checkin. Being on ground floor I could hear the neighbors upstairs, walking etc. So if you’re a light sleeper choose the upper floor
