"Had a very relaxing stay at costa jardin and spa - most of staff very friendly rooms cleaned every day and towels changed when requested Location on the outskirts of Puerto de La Cruz the hotel provided a shuttle bus about five or six times a day to the shopping centre/centre of Puerto de La Cruz and back again which was very helpful as a very steep walk back to hotel Outside pool - pool table - snooker table all very good Food was okay always found something to eat - dissapointed that one day...

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."
