El Pueblo

Stayed in El Pueblo for one week. A very nice house, but if you are very sensitive against noice some earplugs can be good at night. Living at Iter combined with a rental car from Autoreisen, that we picked up at the airport was perfect. We shopped our grocery at the excellent stores Lidl and Mercadona in San Isidro and took many walks to El Medano. Dont miss the Amarone icecream at gelateria Demaestri in El Medano.

Bemærk. Når du booker for du bare tildelt en tilfældig bolig. Af de 55 foto her var ikke et eneste af den bolig vi fik. Stedet dur ikke hvis man har parfume allergi, da visse dele af sengetøj og puder samt hynder på sofaen var vasket med parfume. Der er lidt støj fra fly men det var ok. Husene ligger dejligt afsides fra andre turister. Alt i alt var det som forventet og et sted vi kunne finde på at besøge igen.

Muy buena experiencia.Lujo responsable ysostenible

Realmente es una experiencia muy especial. En un entorno de villas exclusivo en un parque tecnológico de energías renovables. Las casas están geniales amplias y con un diseño muy especial y todas diferentes. La playa cercana es un pequeño paraíso en un parque natural. Como peros es cierto que durante el día pasan aviones cercanos que hacen algo ruido pero vamos, queda en anécdota. Nosotros también echamos en falta algún tipo de oficina en la que ver a algún responsable. Realmente solo ves al vigilante de seguridad y al servicio de limpieza. En resumen, opción muy recomendable, volveremos

Oser l'insolite.

Endroit isolé. Au milieu de champ d'éoliennes. Contrairement aux idées reçues, nous n'avons été aucunement géné par le léger bruit provoqué par ces éoliennes. Presse l'aéroport. Passage régulier d'avion mais pas insupportable.

Excellent eco house for the open-minded.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casas Bioclimáticas Iter. Each house within the complex is a unique example of innovative, environmentally-sensitive design, created by architects from around the world a decade or so ago as part of a design showcase. The development is well-maintained and dominated by wind turbines and solar panels. This semi-industrial environment (with the constant, mesmerising sound of the turbines and the less romantic noise from the nearby airport) certainly won't suit everyone, but if you 'get' the idea you'll find the experience a fulfilling one. A sandy beach and the volcanic caldera of Montaña Pelada are a walkable distance away. Our house was very spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable with all the mod-cons (kitchen appliances, tv, patio furniture, adequate wifi etc). As each house is different, expect novel materials and layouts, and we would recommend a little research to make sure they're right for you, but found that exploring the architecture was a real highlight of our holiday. After booking with hotels.com you can select your house directly (for a supplement) - although we were happy to take potluck. The staff were very helpful, although the reception area was badly signposted. We regret missing the onsite visitors centre to find out more about the project. 10 minutes drive from the airport and supermarkets and a few minutes from the motorway - a unique base to explore Tenerife.

Trevligt och bra utrymme för den som inte vill bo i turistort. Krävs hyrbil.

Hyr ett hus med mycket speciell arkitektur

Husen ligger precis vid en vindkraftspark och en solcellsanläggning. Det blåser påfallande mycket här. Man störs förvånande lite av vindkraftverken. Husen har jättefina kök med god utrustning. Sängarna var bra. Husen var mycket bra städade när vi kom. Tillgång till spansk TV ovh bra Wifi. Man hyr ut 25 hela hus som alla är olika och mycket spännande. Alla som kommer går runt och blir förvånade. Många hus har havsutsikt. Området har vakt, man känner sig helt trygg. Det finns en fin strand i närheten som bara används av lokalbefolkningen. Det går bra att bada om man vågar för blåsten. Man måste ha bil. Det är 8 minuter bilresa till El Medano med handel och restauranger. 15 minuter till södra flygplatsen.

Lieu improbable

Les maison se trouve dans un parc Eoliens, c'est surprenant et pas très accueillant en arrivant. Néanmoins, les maisons sont caché derrière la partie industrielle et ce n'est pas gênant. Globalement je recommande ce logement, nous étions la pour faire du kite surf et nous nous trouvions à 10mn en voiture du spot du Medano. Même si finalement le concept est très intéressant et à bon rapport qualité prix, je trouve dommage que l'accueil soit déplorable, on sent que les personnels ne sont pas formés à cela et que les environs d'accueil soient aussi mal préservé.
