“Bright and modern”

Right on the main street, walkable distance to Cathedral and Alhambra castle. The train terminal is only 3 bus stops away. The suite is clean and efficient. Don't miss the relaxing room in the basement. Overall, good modern decor with a Spanish twist.

“Handy location”

Ideal as a base for exploring Granada, although you should be prepared to walk a mixture of grand streets and cobbled bacx streets.

“Self catering facilities not as expected”

The hotel was only refurbished 5 months ago and it is very clean and fresh and in keeping with its original architecture.The staff were very helpful. We chose self catering as I suffer from food intolerance. The main issue is that the kitchen facilities were not as expected. No kettle, coffee maker or corkscrew! ( the English guests have all made comments in visitors book!) There were 2 frying pans but no saucepans so all the food we had bought in anticipation was wasted. We managed to coerce the concierge into a pan to heat water but they would have preferred you to use room service. I did have to ask the cleaner to sweep up the crumbs in dining area from previous guests and bathroom floor was dusty and cobwebs on table lamps. The mattress was very comfortable but if you do not like memory foam pillows you may have sleepless nights.The air con was very efficient and not too loud. The location was excellent and central, only 20 minutes walk to Alhambra but I consider slightly overpriced for lack of facilities. They do have a car park but I can't remember if it was offered at time of booking, the cost of a local car park is approx 20 euros per day.
