“Just what we wanted”

We wanted a western hotel experience, and Saray was just what we wanted. Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly, and very tolerant of our minimal Spanish. Restaurant and Bar were excellent and extremely professional. Location was perfect for our puropses.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The Hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. Good location - we could walk pretty much everywhere.

“Wonderful Place to Stay While in Granada”

Three couples stayed at the Saray and all of us loved this hotel. The rooms were very modern and clean. Every detail to make your visit relaxing and easy has been though out. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Angel at the front desk even set up a van to take us on a day trip to Nerja. He even gave us his cell number (as it was his day off) in case anything went wrong. The pool was wonderful and the price for food and drink not bad for a resort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Granda. While it is not in the old section, the walk to all the sites is pleasant. We were there during holy week and even all the processionals came by. Amazing. One recommendation. Make a reservation if you are going to Alhambra as you will not be able to get in if you just go that day. (That applies to everyday, not just Holy Week or the high season.)

GREAT PLACE TO VISIT,THE ALHAMBRA BEING THE OBVIOUS PLACE TO SEE BUT THERE ARE SOME OTHER SITES WELL WORTH SEEING,SPENT TEN DAYS THERE AND PRETTY MUCH FILLED ALL OUR TIME IN GRANADA PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING EVEN THOUGH OUR SPANISH IS NOT GOOD ,THE HOTEL IS ONE WE WOULD CERTAINLY USE AGAIN BEING ONLY FIVE MINUTES WALK TO THE EDGE OF THE CITY AND ANOTHER TEN MINUTES TO THE CITY CENTRE,NICE POOL AREA AND BAR , PLENTY OF CAFES AROUND WITHIN MINUTES OF HOTEL ALSO SUPERMARKETS ETC, PLENTY OF PLACES TO GET BREAKFAST IF YOU FANCY A CHANGE FROM HOTEL, AND AIRPORT BUS STOP JUST AROUND THE CORNER ONLY 3 EUROS PER PERSON, ALL IN ALL GREAT TIME IN GRANADA,

We did all our planning on-line for the first time. This was stressful as neophites. We were so lucky...all our reservations were better than expected and good value for $ (CDN) The hotel was great, blend of travellers and ages. Quiet, and the pool was a social point, breakfast was perfect, service was great. ONE note of INFORMATION.....messages at the Saray are received on your TV......not on the phone....or written under the door!!! BE SURE TO CHECK AT THE DESK FOR INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!! give this hotel your considewration.....we would return!!!!!

“Can't wait to return!”

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay in the hotel. the breakfast nice, with an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit, and the usual other breakfast items. The hotel is within walking distance to the plaza (restaurants, tapas bars, points of interest, and shopping). We had a car, but found it was much easier to get around on foot.

great pool and breakfast, close to al attractions, so walkable. Pretty room, great bathroom and comfortable bed!

Great price for good clean hotel. Within walking distance of the center of the city, but outside the worse traffic. Wondereful courtesy on the day Ii was leaving late: I was not charged for an extra day parking.

Really impressive looking hotel, friendly staff, lovely food, easy to find (just head for the Congress Centre), good views of the city from upper floors, great value, easy walking from the centre.

“Excellent hotel for Granada”

We wanted a hotel convenient for the Alhambra and Granada with parking. This hotel ticked all the boxes, was very comfortable, easy walk into town, excellent breakfast buffet. For those visiting the Alhambra, buy your tickets online or via the phone beforehand - it gets very full very quickly.
