"A very relaxing experience. Quick check in/out, all the amenities I needed and the to DIE for view of Lake Okanagan. Parking can be problematic (limited spaces) and no microwave in room option was disappointing. However there was one available in the pantry area so not a total loss. Would recommend Manteo for a getaway for sure."

Location, location, location

"A great stay. Excellent value for money and we had a fantastic room on the top floor overlooking the city. Staff super-helpful and continental breakfast was exceptional. Best thing about this hotel is its perfect location right on the Main Street by a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants. The bus station was right behind the hotel making it easy to get around. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come to visit family in Kelown"

"I am having a nightmare time with the billing. I tried talking with The Royal Kelowna but their response is unsatisfactory. First, there are three charges on my credit card between April 22 and April 26: $712.34, $277.37 and $714.27. I am going to dispute all of these charges and hope that The Royal Kelowna will submit one charge for what I owe. When I spoke with the representative, he told me that my room charge went up and day 2 and up again on day 3 -- he said I had been notified, but that never happened. This is a lovely, lovely facility but the billing is a nightmare. "

Great weekend stay

"We really enjoyed our experience from checkin to checkout. The staff is fantastic, friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spotless and well stocked with towels. I loved the fact that you could choose your pillow firmness! The breakfasts were good - especially the chocolate filled pastry. Would absolutely stay here again."
