Leider gibt es für die Woche nur einen Satz Handtücher. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage am Sandstrand und der saubere Pool sind toll. "Absolutamente VERGONZOSO. A recalcar, nada más llegar a la recepción la mujer que nos estaba atendiendo comenzó a burlarse de los tres que veníamos juntos por hablar en inglés. Éramos de tres nacionalidades diferentes y obviamente nos comunicamos en inglés y con ella también, por qué ninguno sabemos francés. Cuando nos dirigimos a ella, comenzó a imitarnos y reírse con su compañera! UNA ABSOLUTA VERGÜENZA. He visto comportamientos similares en Francia con los extranjeros, pero esto supera todo...

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"Perfect location. We got married nearby and most of our friends and family stayed at the hotel. Staff were incredibly accomodating. Great location to explore Hyères. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. No complaints whatsoever and would stay again! "
