Property Amenities
The lobby makes a grand impression, with a soaring atrium, glass cupola, and subtly changing lighting. The Zeil, one of Germany's most famous shopping streets, is about a 2-minute walk.
The Westin's Emotion Spa features an indoor pool overlooking the rooftops of Old Town Frankfurt. A steam room with gently alternating colored lights, a Finnish sauna, a cold-water pool, and customized spa treatments are also available.
The San San restaurant showcases modern Chinese cuisine in an elegant setting. Sushimoto serves Japanese foods, including teppanyaki and sushi. Breakfast - both buffet and à la carte - is served in the Motions restaurant. The Arabella Bar & Lounge and Davidoff Cigar Lounge are located in the atrium. The hotel also offers a poolside bar and 24-hour room service.
Rooms
371 Modern, stylish guestrooms face the city or courtyard. All feature Westin Heavenly Beds® with custom-designed pillowtop mattresses, down blankets, duvets, and plenty of plush pillows. Rooms also offer 32-inch LCD TVs, Nespresso coffee machines, minibars, and wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge). In-room safes can accommodate laptops.
Marble bathrooms include designer amenities, under-floor heating, bathrobes, and Heavenly Showers/Baths® with double showerheads. Heavenly Dog Beds are available.

“Week away”
Our recent stay was wonderful, curteous staff, great food and so close to everything in Frankfurt.
“Great hotel, great staff, great location!”
Great hotel. Location is excellent, staff is super friendly. For trhe rates I paid, I thought wi-fi should be free. As an American traveler, not used to the extremely strong coffee! Housekeeping comes early, so if you plan on sleeping in, put out the 'do not disturb' sign. Bar was excellent, friendly staff, good crowd. Would avoid the lounge for breakfast though.

My stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt could not have been better! The room I had was spacious, well decorated & had a peaceful aura to it --- Perfect to wind down after a long day of business in Frankfurt. The food variety in the Executive Lounge was excellent as well - Both at breakfast & again in the evening. The work-out facilities were superb, as was the spa ...
“Great Hotel”
The hotel is perfect and a very good service... the only problem was that they clean all the room, they left the glasses and bottle of water empty in the room, but all the other things where great. THey have the Executive club program that is great!

luxurious hotel, sleek, modern, nice room, super bathroom, big marble lobby, courteous personnel, squeaky-clean pool, excellent deal for the money. Excellent Italian restaurant "Quattro" just around the corner
“Excellent location quality hotel”
This hotel was in a great location after a five minute walk your in the heart of the city. Sightseeing hop on hop off bus recommended and is a ten min walk from the hotel. Coffee shops and restaurants surrounding the area. Take a river cruise too pretty good value. Life is pretty laid back in Frankfurt and is reflected in tourist attractions which are all conveniently located to this hotel. Only downfalls were that they scratched our car with their valet parking, and our room was in the back wing of the hotel about one hundred meters from the lifts, Other than that the staff were great presentation excellent

i loved the hotel and its location and the lobby is just big and very inviting, it is not like most European hotels. very friendly staff specially the reception, they make you feel welcome.

“Great design and spa”
I booked an Executive Club package for my fiance's birthday, and we had an amazing time. Totally worth the upgrade for Club access. The pool is much smaller than it looks online, but it's beautiful and the spa facilities on that floor do not disappoint. Fantastic service, fun antique cars in the lobby, fun design features in the room. Great hotel!
