“Convenenient for the University and the Messe (after a walk)”
We needed to stay at a hotel convenient for the student area of Bockenheim and this was well placed for Goethe University (and the Messe, although this is a decent walk away). Booked this because it was a hotel chain I have used before in the UK. The staff were most helpful and spoke good English. Overall there was little to fault on our visit, although breakfast seemed a little pricy for what it was.
“Great hotel at a great location”
This hotel was very clean and classy; close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet and cozy. The staff was excellent- very accomodating and friendly. The girls at the reception area spoke near perfect english and were very helpful in helping us find things to do. The beds were huge, with nice fluffy pillows and the warmest comforter I have ever slept under. This was especially good because I was sick the entire trip. If anything, make sure to put up the do not disturb card on the door because room service was always around, wanting to clean the room or refill the mini bar. I very much enjoyed my stay and I will be visiting again.
“very good value”
I had to stay one night and booked hotel without great expectations, just wanted a place to stay without paying too much. I was surprised how nice the hotel was. Rooms are a little small by American standards, but very clean and comfy. Close to downtown and airport. Public transportation 3 minutes away. Great breakfast buffet, but a little expensive.
“Good value”
This hotel is located in the Frankfurt Fair area and is only about a 10-minute walk to the trade fair. The metro station is also only a few minutes away, making it very easy to get downtown and to/from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet but safe. The hotel staff is informative, helpful, and very professional. The rates are very reasonable and I would definitely stay there again.
“Convenient location for Messe”
The sixth floor room was clean comfortable and reasonably quiet even though it looked out over the railway line. A short walk (10 minutes) to the Messe. Breakfast had a good selection of options. It's not the most fashionable hotel, but hey, don't expect that at the location & price.

I stayed at the hotel for Automechanika 2008. From the airport it was a 30 Euros taxi ride. From main train station Hbf or from main shopping district (around Galeria) is about 7 Euros ride. Walking to Messe Frankfurt is about 7 mins, because there is an entrance before you reach the main entrance. The entrance is next to another hotel. From the exhibition main entrance, you can reach the U-bahn subway, and off you go to many places in Frankfurt. The hotel is located in a secluded place that offers peace and quiet, yet only 5 mins walk from the Fair and then 15 more to the train station. The breakfast IS EXCELLENT. Great selection of cold / hot foods, and the sweet bakery goods are OMG delicious. Staff are very friendly as you can expect in Germany. Rooms are great in size and clean. Great hotel, if you don't mind the walking (20 mins to good selection of restaurants for eats), then this hotel is a very good choice if you can find some great rates.
“Excellent hotel”
Very good hotel and perfect for the Messe. Good spacious rooms, well fitted, comfortable, well maintained and quiet. Excellent staff. In 25 years of doing exhibitions at the Messe, this is by far the best and most conveniently located hotel I have stayed in at this price.
“Excellent location for Frankfurt Messe”
This hotel is part of the Novotel chain so you know what you are getting - comfortable accomodation and good value. Very good for attending exhibitions at the Frankfurt Messe, maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I was there for the IAA Auto Show and it was perfect for that. However there is no signage so you have to know to walk under the rail bridge and up the steps then walk along the Emser Brucke towards the Hall 6 (big red number). There is an elevator and stairs from the sidewalk that take you up to the Torhaus entrance above the S-Bahn. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by rail and roadways across from a large office complex so there are not a lot of amenities close by. However there is a bar and a full restaurant that serves a very nice Novotel buffet breakfast and has a nice dinner menu.
“I'll definately stay there again in February”
Directly opposite Frankfurt Messe. Excellent value for quality business accomodation.Big room with superb bathroom. Good food in restaurant.
“Good business hotel for the Frankfurt Messe”
Functional hotel geared towards business travellers. Very close to the Messe, about 5 minutes by foot. However no particular amenities nearby.
